The customer has posted a review on 7/31/2024 from service work that was performed on 11/30/2023. The vehicle on 11/30/2023 had 137,700 miles on it. As of 7/27/2024 the vehicle has 152,088. The vehicle has an additional 14,388 miles on it since the work in question was performed.
We have spoken to the customer and have offered assistance,
1) We offered to resurface the rotors at no charge.
2) We also offered for the customer to purchase replacement rotors, and we will absorb the labor cost to install them.
On 7/27/2024 was the first time we were notified of a concern from the work performed on 11/30/2023.
The customer continues to attack the dealership on other social networks even though we have offered assistance.
We are waiting to see how the customer would like to move forward.
