    **** has guided me with my IT needs for the past 5 years. I have found him to, first, be responsive. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and driven to perfection. He can also be creative when the situation arises. **** keeps me up to date. He is especially helpful when it's time for new devices including laptops, ipads, iphones, modems, and routers. **** is dedicated to his profession.

    As you have found out, technology and all of the idiosyncrasies that go along with it require tenacity, along with dedication. Likewise, thinking outside of the box without getting ***** or *** involved is my specialty. As you have mentioned, I engage in my due diligence when it comes to researching new devices to take the guesswork out of knowing what gadget goodies and tech tools are best suited for your wants or needs.
