After reading your review, I appreciate the heartfelt thoughts and feelings.
To start off with, it was great to be able to nerd out for you and tackle your proverbial laundry list of tech troubles.
Secondly, I am grateful to you for valuing my work ethnic and realize I am here to assist for the positive and negative when it comes to your IT needs.
Third, yes, those "tech tune-**** are quite vital as I possess a binary barometer in my head and will invoke my computer check list to made sure all of the virtual i's and t's are crossed.
Lastly for now, welcome back to the 21st century and restoring your peace of mind when it comes to your iPhone and HP All-In-One desktop.

5 starsHighly recommended-extremely knowledgeable in IT. **** was a tremendous help to me. He helped me to get all my devices set up properly and sync with each other. His latest project is uploading all my old DVDs and family photos into iCloud so they are always there for future generations. very cool. As you know, it was quite the challenge for us between the initial internet connectivity dilemma, ***** issues, and researching a worthwhile methodology to properly convert your DVD movies to computer files to get them online to share.
Lastly for now, can't wait to continue our technological adventures together; one step and one visit at a time.

5 stars**** ******* was on my condo's list of approved vendors. As a woman living alone, I was nervous calling for a stranger to come to my condo. That uneasy feeling left even before **** arrived. He called several times before arriving on time.He checked all my electronics to make sure all of them were current. It involved my cell phone, laptop, desk top, and two TVs. If there were any problems, he would stay on it until he had a solution.When I needed to update my equipment, he did the research and recommended the upgrades.A couple days after each service call he would call to make sure everything was working properly.**** is very knowledgeable and I will continue to use his services.Matt's PC & Mac Service, LLC

I'm grateful that you decided to take a chance on me and that is why I try to establish a sense of trust with easiness; so, we get familiar and comfortable with one another.
As you have learned first-hand, you have to take into account all of the nuances of your technical equipment and make sure every one of the peripheral players are on the same functionality page. If not, then I need to play the IT version of Humpty Dumpty and put all of the pieces back together again.
Furthermore, I strongly believe in the next week follow-up phone call and/or voicemail to ensure a satisfactory level of workmanship while also reconfirming there are no new problems or prior tech troubles from before.
Glad to keep you in the 21st century and enjoy your New Year holiday season.

He's extremely knowledgeable about technology in general and has not only helped us with my computer, but also internet service, i!pad and phones as well. Thanks for the lovely comments and review. I appreciate and am fortunate that both of you trust in my tech skillset ability to keep you in the 21st century.
As you have found out, even on Apple and with a Mac, there is a substantial amount of protection, maintenance, updating, and optimization that goes into making sure your functional and productive as much as possible.
Likewise, as I have learned from knowledge and experience, you have to look and address the potpourri spectrum of all of the working peripherals so that you have less stress or pain points and much more peace of mind when it comes to your IT infrastructure.
Speaking of less stress, as you have found out firsthand, the phone is my friend; hence, phone calls when I'm on my way over and courtesy follow *** the week after the service call.
Looking forward to MacOS Sequoia on your iMac.
