  When my relative first tried to contact me on July 8th 2023, the automated calling system did not work when I attempted to call the number given for assistance. I then needed to search for the website with no guidance because of the failure of the calling system. The result I found associated with that number brought me to a site which does not give me the option to search for and add money to my relatives account and instead sets up with my own number but doesn't actually help my relative contact me in any way. It wasn't till after the account was made and money charged that I realized it never asked who I was trying to contact. I was forced to search even more to eventually find the correct website and add money to my relatives account so he could actually make calls. I then tried to have my relative use the number I was given because it claimed to give the best price per minute when he used it, but he was unable to connect to me using that number. The whole ordeal from beginning to end has been misleading and frustrating to say the least and I think that a full refund is in order considering that the service promised by the company was not delivered. However, after contacting customer service, they would only agree to refund part of the charge. The whole thing seems designed to confuse and the non-refundable portion of the charge seems unreasonable for a service I can not even verify that they provided because no aspect of it worked in any way.

  They are a scam company. They charge you 45 for no reason whatsoever and when you try to get your money back they only give you 31 of it back. They must be shut down. They are criminals.

  Im upset that I can't get my refund of $45.99. I had a hard times trying to figure out this app. They didn't show the amount they was charging. I didnt want this app. It was the wrong ones. I told them I didn't want there services. They are expensive. They said they can't give me my full amount. I didnt use their app it all. I think this is the same company I told BBB about before. They are back with another name and they are taking your money and won't refund to back to you. By there laws they will give me $14.00 or $31.00. This isn't fare. Please help me. They are ********** company.
