    I want to share the negative experience I’ve had with 6AMRun. Approximately two months ago, I contacted the company’s CEO, **** ******, and placed an order for a total of 205 mixed products, for which I paid $4,305. However, I faced significant issues with the delivery:

    Incomplete Delivery: Despite ordering 205 items, only 6 products were delivered.
    When I reported this to **** ******, he acknowledged the mistake and assured me that the payment would be made promptly. However, for the past two months, I have been subjected to constant stalling tactics, and no payment has been made. My repeated attempts to communicate have either been ignored or brushed aside. This situation now amounts to fraud.

    For this reason, I want to warn anyone considering doing business with 6AMRun to be cautious. Based on my experience, they are an unreliable company. By sharing this negative experience, I hope to prevent others from facing similar issues.

    Additionally, my lawyer has held four online meetings with **** ******, during which these discussions were recorded. We are now preparing to file a lawsuit using the recordings, emails, payment receipts, conversations with bank representatives, and invoices as evidence. **** ****** has repeatedly promised to make the payment, but it has yet to be fulfilled.

    If the payment is not made within one week, I will personally visit their office with the police to resolve this matter. Furthermore, I will share my experience on all sales platforms and customer review sites.

    On September 17, 2024, I placed an order with 6 AM Run, owned by **** ****** for 200 units of merchandise, with the understanding that the products would be shipped directly to Amazon. The total transaction amount was $4,483.50. However, only 13 units were shipped instead of the agreed 200 units.

    Initially, 6 AM Run provided fake tracking numbers as proof of delivery. After 90 days, Amazon closed the shipment and revealed a discrepancy of 187 units. They also identified a weight discrepancy as follows:

    Shipping plan weight: 174.61 lbs
    Carrier weight: 11.9 lbs
    Difference: 162.71 lbs

    **** ******, the owner of 6 AM Run, promised to ship the remaining units to our warehouse within 10 days. It has now been three weeks, and no resolution has been provided.

    Unprofessional Communication:
    Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, I have received unprofessional and evasive responses from **** ******. His emails include emojis and an overly casual tone, trying to downplay the seriousness of the issue. He has made excuses such as holidays, attending expos, or being in meetings, and even sent fake refund screenshots to mislead us.

    Fraudulent Behavior:
    Upon further investigation, I found many complaints on Trustpilot and the BBB against 6 AM Run, describing similar scams where payments are taken, and goods are not delivered. Many resellers have also reported **** ****** filing baseless IP complaints on Amazon, regardless of MAP violations. To protect my account, I deleted our listings as soon as they went live.

    Desired Resolution:
    We are demanding a full refund of $4,483.50 for the undelivered merchandise. **** ******’s actions are unacceptable, and no further steps have been taken to resolve this matter.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I appreciate your attention to this matter and would like to respond to the recent statement from **** ****** of 6 AM Run regarding the tracking numbers.While it is true that tracking numbers were provided, they were not accurate or satisfactory. Upon thorough verification, the following discrepancies were noted:Invalid Shipments: The tracking numbers provided do not correspond to the correct quantities or items from the order.     My name is *** ***** s/on **** ****** ****** and my father is the owner of A2Z Digital Vision LLC. My company was in contact with 6am company because we wanted to sell their product on Amazon with their authorization. They accepted to sell us the product (Marathod Peach Mango) 200 pieces, and they also accepted to ship the product directly to Amazon warehouse on my behalf. Unfortunately they did not ship the total units that we bought. We bought 200 units for 4200.00$ and only 32 units were shipped out. Additionally, **** ******, the owner that gave us his word and letter of authorization without knowing how to make a authorization letter with respect to amazon’s template that we can sell his brand product on Amazon, the one that we were in contact with during all the process from negociations to payment until the product was shipped, filed an IP complaint against our company on Amazon saying that we are selling counterfeit product. Amazon has blocked the listing, destroyed the 32 units that they sent to Amazon for my business. Now my Amazon account is at risk of deactivation and I’m out of 4200.00. I want this company to refund me. What they did is dishonest. I am not a small business, still I can’t bear this loss. It is outrageous that a company people should trust at first sight is doing this malicious action to take money from small business, and take advantage on other small sellers desperate to find product to sell on Amazon. 6am Run needs to refund me. I attached the invoice, one of the label sent to you, the complaint from Amazon, and some of our conversation through email and phone number. Ive also attached the screenshot of my wise statement.

    This guy keep on lying again and again, as you can his record with bbb and other platforms, his intentions are also quite clear as he declined our meetings several times, these labels can be issued by any thermal machine based on data provided by human, these are box label, boxes were empty, he sent empty boxes to amazon, i have clear cut decesion, email and response from amazon that shipper i.e fraud 6am run has never shipped the right amount products, proof is attached here..he is trying to defame amazon by saying that Amazon is not saying truth, why a esteemed organization like Amazon will provide us with a biased decesion ,moreover he is defaming me as well by providing irrelevant information.This attachment clearly shows the weight discrepancy and huge gap of weight between the weight told by 6am run and the one received by AMAZON. 6amrun is such a nightmare for me.

    only created on October 19th, and the shipment itself did not occur until

    commitment stated in your email?2-Lack of Specific Shipping Updates: After payment was received, I was informed multiple times that my items
    were “packed” and a pickup was “scheduled,” but no specific date or time

    As the owner of the company, I am deeply concerned about the recent situation involving our employees. On August 7th, Our account department paid $4,578 to 6 am Run for 200 units, but only received 12 units. We were initially told that the carrier had lost the remaining 188 units, but now believe this claim to be false.

    After weeks of our employees trying to reach Hami, the CEO, he finally informed us he would ship the missing 188 units. However, he only sent 48 units, repeating the same excuse about lost shipments. Furthermore, the products sent were not what we had ordered.

    When our team inquired about the missing units, Hami frequently responded with excuses, claiming he was busy or in a meeting, clearly avoiding our calls to delay the process. We have requested a refund multiple times, and for two weeks he assured us it had been issued, only to later claim it was lost due to a reversal by Stripe.

    Hami's continuous excuses have left us extremely frustrated, and we urgently need the $4,578 refund he owes us for the 188 missing and incorrect units.

On May 2024, my company was in contact with 6am company because we wanted to sell their product on Amazon with their authorization. Additionally, on July 21, Hami Mahani, the owner that gave us his word that we can sell his brand product on Amazon, the one that we were in contact with during all the process from négociations to payment until the product was shipped, filed an IP complaint against our company on Amazon saying that we are selling counterfeit product.     We have been chasing **** for more than a year now. The total amount we transferred to him was more than $30,000 USDWe have all the invoices. The inventory was never received (We have cancelled shipment details as well) and **** is not refunding our Amount. We sent him a official legal notice as well last year but he ignored it. We also have evidence from other people who faced the same issue with **** (6AM RUN LLC)All of them purchased inventory from them but never received the inventory or refund. I have call recordings and zoom recording available as well in which **** promised for a refund but there is nothing except some calls and fake promises.     A wire transaction was completed on 12/21/23 in the amount of $1,149.50 for 50 units for 6am Marathon recovery drink (Lemonade flavor) for our business. Because of the holidays, delay with order and shipping are understandable. However, it’s been three weeks since the owner advised us products would be shipped with shipping information emailed to us. Numerous calls and emails have gone unanswered. We sent several requests for a refund, but owner has blatantly ignored us. The owner operated in bad faith and from his lack of response, he has no intentions of refunding our money.

Verification that products were received? If that's the case why not respond to the numerous calls and emails sent prior  to this BBB complaint?  That's because they never shipped the order.  I ordered 50 units of their peach product and received no products, shipping information, or communication stating the shipment was delayed. Originally, they said they would ship the product directly to Amazon, then later said the order was "too small" and they would need to ship directly to us.  6am advised that they would send shipping information that same day or the day after but never did.  I sent multiple emails that went unanswered.  It was a red flag when we noticed that communication was slow after payment was issued.  Thus, we did not trust the provider to be consistent on future transactions and asked for a refund.  Their claim that they're "always there" is dishonest.  They have not returned calls or responded to emails. I regret not reviewing their history on BBB prior to buying from them.  Clearly, there's a history of dishonest business practices with this company.  The only way for this matter to be resolved is to receive a full refund.  At this point, we don't want their products.  I have attached emails showing our attempts to get a refund but received no response.
