    We are a UK-based business (Amaltas London Limited) that placed a wholesale order with 6AM RUN LLC. After agreeing on terms, the merchant issued an invoice and a Stripe payment link for payment. We paid $10,977.75 USD through the Stripe link provided by 6AM RUN.

    After the payment was confirmed and the bank transfer completed, we shared the MT103 SWIFT confirmation and GPI tracker, which showed the funds were successfully credited to the merchant’s bank via Stripe. 6AM initially acknowledged the transaction and said the goods would be shipped.

    However, within days, 6AM reversed their position and began claiming:
    • The funds were not received
    • The payment bounced
    • Stripe was holding or mishandling the funds
    • Later, they claimed Stripe had “deducted funds twice”
    • Eventually, they alleged Stripe was “lying” and committing fraud

    In parallel, we contacted Stripe directly and received formal written confirmation that:
    • The funds were successfully delivered to 6AM RUN’s account
    • The payment was settled, and Stripe has no further control
    • There were no duplicate deductions or disputes on the Stripe platform

    Despite this, 6AM RUN refused to fulfill the order or issue a refund.

    Complaint Details:
    On September 24, 2024, we placed an order with 6AM Run LLC for inventory worth $2,289 under order ID FD96EBCD-0002 (product details in the paid invoice attached). However, the company failed to fulfill the order correctly, and despite multiple follow-ups, they have neither refunded my money nor properly resolved the issue.

    Delivery of Incorrect Products – The items received were not what I ordered.

    Incorrect Quantities – The order was incomplete and did not match the agreed specifications.

    Excessive Shipping Delays – The delivery took far longer than promised.

    Lack of Communication – The company repeatedly ignored my emails, phone calls, and text messages regarding the resolution.

    Failure to Issue a Refund – Despite agreeing to process a refund, they have not followed through, causing financial loss and inconvenience.


    Time Wasted & Requested Compensation:
    Due to 6AM Run LLC’s negligence and refusal to resolve the issue, I have spent nearly 50 hours in follow-ups, emails, and phone calls. Given standard professional rate of $50 per hour, I am also seeking an additional $2,500 in compensation for the unnecessary time and effort wasted on this matter.

    Desired Resolution:
    I am requesting:

    A full refund of $2,289 for the incorrect and undelivered inventory.

    Reimbursement for the shipping fees I had to pay to return the incorrect products which is 60$

    Compensation of $2,500 for the excessive time wasted in resolving this dispute.

    Despite multiple attempts to reach a fair resolution, 6AM Run LLC has failed to respond or act in good faith. Given the continued lack of response, I am requesting BBB’s assistance in resolving this matter.

    Our company ***** LLC based in Virginia purchased marathon supplements from 6amRun LLC in September 2024. We paid $4578 for 200 units. Only 24 units were delivered to us and those 24 units were the wrong product, not the one we paid for. And the remainder 176 units have never been delivered.

    We (***** LLC) attempted to communicate with 6amRun to resolve this issue. They were not responsive and disregarded the whole situation. Numeruous attempts were made by us but there was no substantial solution provided by 6amRun. Finally the owner of the company listened to us in January 2025 and promised to refund our money subject to returning the 24 units back to him, which we at ***** LLC did.

    Upon returning the product, unfortunately 6amRun only refunded $400 instead of $549.36. They are arguing that a restocking fees are applied. We dont know why we have to pay restocking fees when the fault is theirs.

    The owner of 6amRun promised multiple times that the remainder of the refund ($4028.64) will be investigated and paid to us in February 2025. He set himself deadlines at his own discretion for paymeny and we have always been flexible throughout the entire process. Unfortuanately he never delivered as per his promises and now February has passed and the owner of 6amRun does not respond to our emails.

    We at ***** LLC have lost significant business, faced financial damages and our money is held unlawfully by 6amRun for more than 5 months where we could have invested it in other opportunities.

    I am writing to formally file a complaint against 6AM Run LLC, a Delaware, U.S.-based supplier, for failing to fulfill a paid order and refusing to issue a refund.

    On November 7, 2024, we made a payment of $1,938.00 via direct debit from our business bank account through payment processor Stripe to purchase products from 6AM Run LLC. Despite receiving payment, the company never shipped the products as agreed.

    We made multiple attempts to contact the supplier via email and phone to inquire about the shipment. Initially, they promised to ship the products and investigate our refund request, but they never followed through. Over time, they stopped responding to our phone calls and emails entirely.

    This was our first time purchasing from 6AM Run LLC, and based on our experience, they have demonstrated unethical business practices by failing to fulfill their contractual obligations, avoiding communication, and refusing to provide a refund. Their actions suggest a pattern of deceptive business conduct that could potentially affect other consumers and businesses.

    I want to report a company engaging in fraudulent practices against Amazon resellers. The company, 6AM Run, and its owner, Hami Mahani, have systematically exploited and defrauded numerous authorized sellers on Amazon.

    Mahani sells inventory to resellers like myself, only to later file baseless IP complaints. He also ships incorrect quantities, blames Amazon for discrepancies, and refuses refunds. There are multiple reports of these deceptive practices on the Better Business Bureau and Trustpilot.

    On October 2, I placed an order for 108 units, totaling just under $2,500. Everything seemed legitimate—I received an invoice, and shipments were en route to Amazon. However, on October 17, Amazon notified me that only three units had arrived. Despite this, I listed the available units for sale, only to have my listing flagged by 6AM Run for an IP violation, falsely claiming I was unauthorized to sell their product.

    After providing my invoice to Amazon and contacting Hami, he lifted the complaint and promised to send the missing units. He then shipped another batch directly to Amazon, but again, only five units were received.

    After several failed attempts to reach Hami—including missed appointments—he finally answered my call when I used a blocked number. He advised disputing the matter with Amazon, claiming that if their investigation confirmed missing inventory, he would issue a refund. This dragged on for weeks due to Amazon’s slow response and Hami’s lack of cooperation. When Amazon eventually confirmed the discrepancies, Hami dismissed their findings, accused them of lying, and refused a refund.

    When I threatened legal action, he mocked me, saying, “What are you going to do, hire a lawyer and sue me for $2,500?”

    Hami Mahani is a scam artist, and I strongly urge others to avoid doing business with him. While he may have a legitimate product and retail partnerships, he exploits a loophole to defraud resellers through Amazon’s platform without consequence.

    Avoid 6AM Run: A Cautionary Tale
    I had a terrible experience with 6AM Run, resulting in a $4,578 loss. In September 2024, I purchased 200 units of their "Marathon Peach Mango" product. Despite assurances, shipments were incomplete—each box contained just 1 unit instead of 25.
    Attempts to resolve the issue with their CEO, Hami Mahani, were frustrating. He frequently ignored concerns, offered excuses, and even threatened to block me. Though he promised a refund and provided "proof," no funds were ever received. His bank later declined the refund based on false claims that the shipments were fulfilled.
    This isn’t an isolated incident. Research revealed numerous accounts of others facing similar problems—unfulfilled orders, broken promises, and poor communication.
    I strongly advise against doing business with 6AM Run. Their practices are unprofessional and dishonest. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them entirely.

    Hello, Thanks for Assisting me on this matter!This company (6am run)  sent the package with goods with inaccurate quantities. I have proof of this attached from Amazon. Also, the company CEO agreed to pay funds back to my account after many conversations and he sent me the screen shots of the refunded transaction but the funds never showed up in my bank account.     On 11/04/2024, I made an initial payment of $5,000 via Zelle, followed by an additional $750 on 11/05/2024, for a total of $5,750. This payment was for an order of 250 units of one of their products. However, 6AM Run LLC only shipped 24 units and failed to fulfill the remaining 226 units.

    The company had committed to shipping the full order and confirmed this with me via email but failed to follow through. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including providing an invoice and saving all correspondence as evidence, they have not honored their commitment.

    6AM Run LLC missed a final phone call scheduled for a resolution, ignored numerous follow-up emails, and failed to provide any refund or resolution. While they sent a few emails attempting to arrange a call, they never followed through and ultimately canceled the shipments altogether. This deliberate lack of communication and refusal to refund the undelivered units demonstrates clear fraudulent behavior.

    I am seeking a full refund for the undelivered portion of the order and expect accountability for their deceptive practices.

Furthermore, even for the boxes that were shipped, Amazon’s records (as shown in the additional attachments) clearly indicate discrepancies in the number of units received. Amazon’s investigation confirms that not all boxes were shipped, and the total number of units delivered falls far short of the agreed-upon 250 units. Specifically, only 29 units were received out of the expected 250 units, leaving 221 units undelivered. This is further evidenced by Amazon's unit discrepancy reports and shipment confirmations.Given these facts, I respectfully request that the business acknowledges and resolves the issue by refunding the cost of the undelivered units as detailed in my original complaint.Thank you for your continued assistance in this matter.

    I am writing to formally address an ongoing issue regarding my order placed on September 3, 2024. I ordered 200 units of 6am run Peach pre workout powder and paid $4,578 plus shipping costs, as per the agreed terms.

    Despite my repeated attempts to communicate via email, the responses have been non-existent. I have been forced to rely on calls and text messages, where I have been repeatedly given false assurances that the order is being worked on and will be shipped. Unfortunately, these promises have not been fulfilled, and the situation remains unresolved.

    This delay has caused significant inconvenience and is a breach of trust and professional standards. I expect either:
    1. Confirmation of the shipment of my order, along with a tracking number, within 7 business days.
    2. A full refund of the amount paid, totaling $4,578 plus shipping costs, should you be unable to fulfill the order.

    The business owner has never replied to my emails regarding the shipment of my order. He does not communicate officially; instead, he has been giving me false hopes for the past four months through text messages and phone calls only.The last time I spoke to him, he made me pay $280 for shipping again for the second time. I purchased new shipping labels and sent them on December 16, 2024, but he has still not responded to my emails. He continues to make excuses over the phone calls. I have all the text messages showing that he has lied to me hundreds of times during the past four months. On several occasions, he claimed that he had shipped my order, but he did not.     I am in E-Commerce business selling on Amazon. We opened up an account with 6AM and purchased products from them and they agreed to ship the product directly to Amazon warehouse. This business unfortunately has similar complains on BBB and Trust Pilot. They take the payment and do not ship the agreed quantity to Amazon. Now since May we are struggling to argue with Amazon about the quantity shipped and Amazon is asking us to provide us the proof. So we've been asking the brand owner to send us the packing slip that the carrier signs when they pick up the packages but the owner has been making false promises everyday that I am sending now and we have not yet received it and currently we are in a loss of approx 10k because 6AM is a scam and they never ship the correct quantity. i would really appreciate if I could get some assistance to resolve this issue with this business and based on the previous complaints about this business for the same issue. 6AM should not be allowed to conduct any business activities as they are trying to scam all the sellers.

    Hello Team,

    Please find the attached screen shots of my text message communication with the brand owner. As I mentioned we have been asking him to provide us the proof of the inventory that has been shipped to Amazon but unfortunately, he has not provided to us till date. There has to be a 100 percent weight discrepancy otherwise why would the business hesitate to provide us the document that UPS signed when they picked up the shipment because it mentions the weight on the shipment. Approx 425 plus pieces are missing and the cost it almost $10k. if they said they have delivered everything than they should be able to provide us the packing slip which we have been asking for past 6 months now. we contacted UPS but they refused to entertain us as they said that the shipper should contact them for the information. I would really appreciate if BBB could help me resolve it.

    Dear BBB,

    I am writing to formally file a complaint against 6AM RUN regarding a purchase we made. Below are the key details of the transaction:

    Date of Transaction: 2024-11-02 at 12:26:14 AM
    Total Amount Paid: $1,840 ($980 for each of our two Amazon accounts)
    Business Commitment: Product delivery to Amazon warehouse
    Nature of Dispute: Non-delivery of purchased inventory despite payment
    We have been in constant communication with 6AM RUN, but they have failed to fulfill their commitment of shipping the inventory to Amazon. They have provided vague and unhelpful excuses for over a week now, and no action has been taken.

    We are requesting a full refund of $1,840 and reimbursement of the $980 owed for each Amazon account. As an alternative, if 6AM RUN insists on continuing the transaction, we are prepared to make a payment of $920.00 via ACH or wire transfer. Below are the bank details to complete this payment:
