  We just purchased our fifth Persian carpet from Kaoud Carpets and Rugs. Fred worked to find us another beautiful carpet that needed to be an unusual size to fit into our family room which has unique dimensions. This is truly a great addition to our house! The team did a quick job laying the carpet and pad when they delivered it to our home. We’re already thinking about our next purchase from Kaoud….

  Excellent customer service from the moment we stepped in the store through installation. Fred could not have been more helpful providing advice to us as we selected carpet to install a runner on a wooden staircase. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the different brands and materials and made specific recommendations based on our design inspiration and budget. The installer was extremely meticulous and skilled, and the final product looks great.

  We've been a returning customer of Kaoud Carpets & Rugs given the team's professionalism and variety of rug options. We've bought rugs, and recently had a runner installed on our staircase. The installment team were very professional and cordial, and the new runner looks amazing. We always enjoy working with Fred Kaoud -- he is very communicative about expectations and delivery timelines and knowledgeable about what rugs/carpets work best for our needs!   We went to Kaoud Carpets for a runner on our staircase. When we entered, Fred immediately greeted us and guided us through the plethora of options. Fred helped us narrow down to a few choices and sent us samples. Our runner was installed perfectly and we couldn’t be happier! We will absolutely be returning to Fred for future carpets.

  have used kaoud for years, my parents used them for years before that as well, and I couldn't happier. they do an incredible job and are so responsive to and emails. so easy to schedule a pick up and they do miracles with our carpets. couldn't recommend them more.

  Kaoud Carpets and Rugs did an absolutely phenomenal job cleaning and restoring a hand-knit wool rug that I had shipped from *** It was beyond dirty, full of dust. I am sure it hadn't been cleaned in years (if ever!). When they delivered it to my home, it looked like a brand-new rug. The colors were vivid, and it feels soft under foot. I am so thrilled they took such wonderful care of this rug that is precious to me because it was my parents'. I would not trust anyone else with my rugs. Whether you have modest rugs or expensive heirlooms, Kaoud Carpets will handle them with care and return them to you spotlessly clean. This is a local family business with the highest standards of customer service. Wonderful people to work with, very professional. I highly recommend using Kaoud Carpets and Rugs for all of your flooring/carpet/rug needs.

  This was our first time visiting Kaoud Carpets & Rugs, and we will be returning there soon to make our next purchase. We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store. Joanne gave us the choice to browse on our own or , if we wanted help, to receive pressure-free advice. She was friendly and helpful and guided us to a few rugs that we liked a lot and fit our needs well. We were able to buy a rug quickly and efficiently and had it home that day.
  Later that day I was talking with my sister and learned that many of her friends have been shopping at Kaoud for years and keep returning to make new purchases. We made a fortuitous discovery.
