5 starsMy family has purchased so many beautiful pieces from Kaoud Carpets & Rugs. Their pieces are consistently impeccable quality, bringing a timeless elegance, vibrance and vitality to every room and space. My parents, sisters and I would go in as a family when we were younger, and their own family run business would always welcome us so warmly. Everyone there is so kind and helpful, truly getting an understanding for your design preferences, and helping to ensure you pick a rug that will bring you joy for a lifetime. Mr. Kaoud Sr. always reminded me of my own Grandfather who also ran a family business. Having such a kind and caring family behind a small business makes the experience and purchase more meaningful and memorable. As I've been building out my own home and space now, when looking for a rug there was no doubt there is only one place to go. I called up Fred Kaoud Jr and he immediately remembered my family and I. He helped me pick out a piece for my room in *** and shared photos over text, making it easy to find something I love even without coming into the shop. Of course with my trust in their quality and taste, my beautiful rug arrived just the next day! These rugs a truly an heirloom and I couldn't recommend the experience and value of shopping from a family like this one. 5 starsOutstanding job. Sent an email inquiry and received a reply very quickly. I sent in the size of the carpets and received the quote which I thought was very reasonable. At the appointment to pick up the carpets the staff were very polite and careful. They also arrived exactly on time. The carpets I had were large and we got them back a couple weeks later. They were really dirty. I got back to beautiful carpets that were super clean and smelled amazing. The fringe looked immaculate. Would use again in an instant. From the very beginning of our project -- exploring lots of different materials and options, through to setup and installation, Fred and team were keenly focused on understanding our needs every step of the way and ensuring that our selections would exceed our expectations. Ventura's hard work and dedication to perfection during the installation was exceptional. Communication throughout our project was excellent as well. What a tremendous difference compared to other local carpet and rug providers we've worked with that make you feel insignificant (i.e., just another buyer)!
