    We arrived for my nephew birthday party my three kids were included for skates and party however we had to pay for adult entry no problem we paid $11.00 at the ticket window to a lady name ****** we entered the facility went to the skate rental booth where my two children and myself my spouse and 2 year old were we gave the ticket we were given to the teen working at the booth he said we needed more tickets I asked why we were charged what we're charged and not even the proper tickets then the teen went to the window to confirm then came back ask our sizes and said for $2.00 more we gave him the money got our skates and started skating the owner female came out to the floor demanding and yelling at me and my spouse in front of minors to come to the front we didn't pay to skate. All confused as what is happening trying to ask her what we paid for and why her employee confirmed and collected more of it wasn't for the skating we were there for! She got in my face and threatened me and kicked me and my spouse and children out because we "didn't" pay she gave us our money we paid back and threatened to call the cops over us asking to explain the pricing and what we paid for as we were there for a birthday party package they already had prepaid for the party! She was absolutely nasty! And to yell at a customer and kids is absolutely absurd! This is not a business Being ran correctly
