"We arrived for my nephew birthday party my three kids were included for skates and party however we had to pay for adult entry no problem we paid $11.00 at the ticket window to a lady name ****** we entered the facility went to the skate rental booth where my two children and myself my spouse and 2 year old were we gave the ticket we were given to the teen working at the booth he said we needed more tickets I asked why we were charged what we're charged and not even the proper tickets then the teen went to the window to confirm then came back ask our sizes and said for $2." ...
