    I purchased a product called Apple drops on December 23, 2024. This product is a weight loss supplement. I took the product per the instructions. It was not effective so I requested they return my purchase price ($192.27) pursuant to their 60 day moneyback guarantee. I requested the guarantee within the refund time limit. Instead of refunding my money, they offered diet and exercise advice. I told him I was not interested in their advice, but wanted my money back. I have made multiple requests which have been ignored. I would not have purchased the product if they had not had a moneyback guarantee. I would appreciate any help you could give me to secure the promised refund. I think the moneyback guarantee is a false promise and a scam.NOTE: The contact information I provided you for the company is what is on the bottle. I called the phone number and they told me I had to contact ***, which I have done repeatedly. Toms email is *********************************** That is the only contact information I have for the company other than what is on the bottle. I have searched the Internet and cannot find any other way to contact the company to register a complaint or ask for my money back.
