I purchased the product believing the promised 60 day money back guarantee. After getting the run around I was finally able to return the product to ******** FL within the 60 days window but am still having issues with getting a full refund because the charge was through Cart Panda, not Apple Drops. The company **** me total of $758. My credit card company is still awaiting merchant response. This company is a scam and should be investigated and shut down. The website is no longer available, but many disputes for refunds are still pending. I have several documents that I can supply if needed.Initial Complaint

I purchased Apple Drops on January 5, 2025 for $294, order number *****. I received my package January 10, 2025 and began using Apple Drops on January 11, 2025. On February 20, 2025, I emailed *** ****** at Apple Drops to say I had actually gained several pounds instead of losing weight, was bloated and felt awful and was requesting a refund and Id return the unused bottles (5) as I had only used 1 bottle. Toms response was that everyone responds differently and hed love me to continue talking Apple Drops with closer support from his dedicated team. Later I emailed *** stating Id found out I have some pulmonary issues along with ******************** and my health care provider was advising me to stop taking Apple Drops in an effort to weed out unnecessary things to narrow down the likelihood of complications from products I had recently added to my regimen. I advised *** I needed to and had stopped using Apple Drops bottle, requested to return the remaining bottles and asked for a refund since paying $294 for a product that clearly wasnt in my best interests made no sense to me. I also called the phone number shown on the bottles of Apple Drops - ************, left a couple of messages asking for a return call with no response. I the sent a physical letter to the address on the Apple Drops bottle - Happier Health, ******************************************************************* I got no response to that letter and found that the address listed is for a ***** office so I dont know if theres an actual physical office for the company.Initial Complaint

I ordered Apple Drops through their website. I tried them for almost 60 days. I followed their instructions but had no positive results. I have written several emails and called them but they have not sent a return label nor refunded my money. They promise a refund, no questions asked. I ordered the Apple Drops which is supposed to be a quick aid for weight loss. The order was placed on December 7, 2024, and was received by me on December 17, 2024. The order came with a 60-days money back guarantee. This was instrumental in my purchasing the product because it cost $468.00. On January 16, 2025, I began the process for getting a refund. I emailed the head of the company requesting a refund and asking what the process is for this. At this time, responses became erratic in that there would be days between responses. I then began communicating with Cart Panda which is the platform through which the products are ordered, and the money is exchanged. Eventually, ***, the head of the Apple Drops company, provided me with an address for returning the unused products with an assurance that I would receive my refund once the products were received in their warehouse. I had to threaten to escalate this situation in order for this to happen. Now, however, I am being told that I requested the refund my refund too late, as in after the 60-days. So now they have the returned products and my money.Eight days ago, I began emailing them again because they stated that they would review my case, did not respond for three weeks, and after I contacted them again, they denied my request for a refund. I sent them email proof of having requested the refund with over 2 weeks left in my 60-days if you count from the day the product was ordered, not from the date of receipt of the product in my home. I also sent them proof of them having received their products back in their warehouse. Now, they have gone radio silent again.I would like for someone to look into this company because I am getting scam vibes from them. I would also like my $468.00 returned. I operated in good faith with these people, and they have just made a mess of this situation. I had purchased 3 bottles of product back in December. I used it consistently for a month or more and it didn't work at all. I had reached out to the company initially on February 16th asking how to go about getting a refund. I have attached the entire email thread for over two months where the company does not respond. I tried callind 3 times but you get a voice recording saying they are closed even in the afternoon. Only once did someone pick up the phone and said I would get an email from the returns department...no such email came. I called again and got a recording two more times. I did receive a voicemail once about calling them back. I heard back 2 times with NO instructions as to how to return the product for a refund. Instead they asked about my lifestyle...twice! I responded and continued to ask how to get a refund. They never responded and $180 is a lot of money. I am tired of trying after almost 3 months. **************** never bothered to tell me how to return and I still have the empty bottles in my possession. I kept using the product since they never responded to me and it never worked...actually gained weight. I dont have money to throw away like that. I ordered 9 bottles of Apple Drops with a guaranteed refund if not satisfied. I called after a couple of weeks stating I have not noticed any change in weight and would like to begin the refund process. I paid over $400 for this order. I then received an email asking why I wanted a refund. I fully explained why and was convinced to wait another couple of weeks. I then called again and received the address for returning my bottles. I paid $13 in postage to return the 8 bottles I didn't use and emailed my tracking number. After another week, I emailed them again to confirm receipt. They did confirm to me that they received the bottles and once again, I believe the owner, ***, started requesting additional details about my return. I have emailed them every day about the refund and I am now getting form emails in return with no actual information. I believe they're stalling in sending me my refund. Tried to get refund of 188pp they received the product back on 3/11/25 Ive called at least 10.time. 15 emails Thier phon now says outside of business. Thats all day everyday I also called got thru and told them all the info asked for a refund. They completely ignore me. Appreciate the help. Order : *****
