            I took my 2014 Chevy Cruze to this facility around the date 6-4-21 because my vehicle was shaking during idle, jumping when I would push the gas and had an extreme loss of pressure while driving. I left my vehicle at the above location, they promised to do a full diagnostics on the vehicle to determine the issue and resolve it. They requested I paid $***** for a bunch of random parts after about 1-2 weeks of having my car back, the issues are back again and now instead of covering it under the 1 year warranty they said we had on repairs they are trying to charge me another $***** to fix my car saying it's a different issue. But if that's the case they never once fixed anything on my car and just overcharged me, and they are trying to do it again. I get it I'm a girl and I'm young but I'm not dumb. This is against the law and needs be dealt with. No one should pay $***** for a car that's only worth less than that. These guys are thieves and shouldn't be in business.
