    I am extremely disappointed with Broadspire handling my disability claim. Despite submitting all the required documents on time and following up repeatedly, my disability payment has been delayed far beyond reasonable time manner. Their lack of communication and transparency throughout the process has only added stress and hardship to an already difficult situation. Each time I contacted the customer service, I received an unclear answer or I was told someone will get back to me. But they hardly do. This level of disorganization and delay is unacceptable, especially when peole are relying on these payments during a vulnerable time in their lives.I expected a level of professionalism and responsiveness from a company tasked with managing disability benefits, but Broadspire has consistently failed to meet even basic standards. I hope they take feedback like this seriously and improve their internal processes to prevent others from going through the same experience.
