    Broad spire is a horrible insurance company. They have several complaints against them for denying claims for no reason. I have a claim currently being processed by them for my daughter. The adjuster has stalled the claim since September and it's now December going into January. I have provided all documents to support my daughters claim. He wanted me to sign a ***** release form and I declined it. They want to be able to gain access to all of her personal records, which is NOT required by any insurance company. They are only supposed to receive medical documents to support the claim. I have provided that, as well as bills that were covered by the insurance, her blood work from the specialist, her lung function test showing the supporting documentation from a letter that sent to the corporate of the company on behalf of my daughters medical condition. This claim has been dragged for nearly 90 days in hopes that the time will run out. As well as the adjuster has also acted in bad faith for this claim. He has told me on several occasions he would provide updates and stalled. Ive had to chase him and call him because he doesn't like responding to emails. His supervisor never ever responds, even when message was sent to her by a representative of the company. There are a lot of insurance companies out here that's not legit and this one needs to be be under further investigation. I'm going to have to file suit and contract the insurance board against this company in order to receive the compensation that my daughter deserves

    I have a claim against the restaurant Chipotle who served me food with glass in it. I spit the glass out, contacted the manager, then went to *********** and the ** as a precaution to ensure I didn't ingest glass. I filed a complaint with ******** who passed my complaint to a company called Broadspire. Since then I've had 3 representatives. The first representative couldn't get the information from *********************** even though I signed is release form.I had to contact ****** and get the medical records from that day and the billing information. That information was passed to Broadspire the company as requested. They currently have all necessary documentation from *********************** about my ** visit and can pay the ** bill I incurred as a result of Chipotle serving me food with glass in it.They won't give me an *** on finalizing the claim and are also demanding more information from *********************** that doesn't exist. Broadspire has all necessary documents to finish and finalize my claim and to pay the medical bill.They have the billing information and doctor notes.There is no more information for *********************** to provide. Broadspire still isn't processing my claim even though they have all necessary documentation to do so. I would like help with them finalizing the claim and giving a time frame.
