******************************************************************************************************************************** **** Fer Plumbing has falsified its work and invoices. My water spout apparatus for my tub stopped working. No water would come out. The plumber said I had to buy the part myself since plumbers couldn't return these items for credit. So I ordered it through ****** for $275. When it came the plumber installed it. It took about 15 minutes and I was charged $193. I paid that reluctantly. Simultaneously with this work my shower stopped working. I no longer had hot water. But I used the tub and not the shower. I discovered this after 3-4 days when I used the shower. I called the plumber about this but he didn't respond. After several weeks of calling he finally came to my property and looked at the shower. I mentioned that it was strange that the shower failed when tub was fixed and the plumber said there was no connection. He agreed to come later and fix the shower though. Before this transpired, the water spout on the tub stopped working. The hot water wouldn't come out. This was even more suspicious since the problem with the shower was the loss of hot water. I told the plumber these had to be connected. He disagreed. I requested that he come and fix the tub apparatus that had recently been put in via phone message (he has no email) and he didn't respond. I called numerous more times and he finally agreed to come but it took nearly a week before he did come. During this time I had no hot water and I have a cold house, plus I am susceptible to pneumonia (my age).  The plumber came 3/1 to do the work. He looked at the tub spout and got it working saying that a piece of paper got caught in the spout! It was a brand new part. I asked him if he looked closely at the spout before he put the new piece in, and he offered no reasonable answer. This had to be his negligence. This made no sense. Anyway, that didn't take more than 15 minutes to do.
