1 starI called to close my account and the customer service person assured me it was closed, My account was debited again and I called back and I was assured the account was closed. ********************** is still drafting my account. $50.00 this month. 1 starThe worst experience I've ever had in business with yall. I've been trying to get a refund for a month. **** gave me 5 different invoice for refund an no money. 1 starSales rep made every promise in the world. Once we realized that Spot On could not actually offer wireless service. That it had to be done through ethernet cables we politely informed them we could not use their service. We never heard back from anybody. Until they told us that our equipment had been shipped even though weve canceled it via text a WEEK earlier. We were also informed that the 600 deposit was nonrefundable despite the fact they dont keep their word on ANYTHING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 1 star************TERRIBLE ***************** Recently bought a business that used the spot on credit card machine and it is now going over 3-1/2 weeks since I should have been able to have batched out of the machine. Since I took the business over, I have not been able to get ANY Money out of the machine. I have call logs on my phone, that I have spoke with 8 different people from Spot on with calls that run over 1 hour in length and well over 19 different phone calls to them 7 different emails and the previous owner whom I purchased the business from has the same amount of calls and I have gotten NOWHERE with them whatsoever. They call it a COO (Change of Ownership) and I still to this minute have gotten the run around from them. At this point, I am contacting my attorney...Review fromJimmy L

1 starThe sales person name ****** ***** comes to my office and ask us to switch to SpotOn and will match or offer us better rate. ****** agreed to reimbursed me the cancellation fee since I still have a contract with Appstar. After I switch over, she never reimbursed me and I called and spoke with her boss Dan Torres and still never reimburse me the money. After one year, SpotOn increase my credit card fee and charge me the pin debt but never deliver the pin debt to me. They had charged me for over 1.5 years. I have called them many times and was on hold for a long time and later told me they will call me back but never did call me back. I cancel the contract and ask for the address to return the terminal but they never tell me the information but just says they will have someone contact me. I have called them 4X and still give me the same respond. This is a SCAM COMPANY, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!SpotOn Transact, LLC

1 starI just received an email today on 01-06-2022 from Spoton about a $25 Charge that will be debited from my business account. I called spoton to adress my concern with a representative. The Rep told me that it is a "Software Platform Fee" and that it will be debited on the next business day. I got very angry and told the Rep that am I already paying for "one platform fee" every month. Turns out, I was being billed for 2 separate fees in the amount of $25 every month the entire time I have been with Spoton. The Rep at this point didn't know what to say so he hung up on my face. **** - SPOTON SOFTWARE $25.42 SPOTON SOFTWARE/PLATFORM $25.00 More importantly, I am reaching my deadline on 01-13-2023 as a merchant with Spoton. I have given them a 30 day notice in advance that I am leaving them. In return, the lady in their Fraud prevention sent a letter stating that if I do not remove a photo that contains a small portion of our CBD and Kratom products, she will place *********** in a reserve account to make up for loss and damages Spoton is entitled to. Spoton, You made your money by putting me on a flat rate model and all those extra fees you have thrown in there. You do not have sufficient technology to keep businesses up and running. You have been dishonest and not very Transparent. I do not recommend you or your services to anyone. I have had it with you, your technology, and your dishonesty. Not anymore!SpotOn Transact, LLC

1 starWe started the paperwork process with our sales rep in August & did not get an account set up until the beginning of October. Our sales rep actually asked if we would pay for overnight shipping so he has the account set up before October 1st so it would count for his September *********** promised he would pay us back, we said no. Glad we did, because that would just be more money we are waiting on. Our machines came programed, so I called to install the loyalty program since our sales rep wasn't coming to set it up, I called & found out they never sent the equipment we needed for that. So, I was a little annoyed & got that ordered through customer service. After waiting the 3-5 business days for the shipping, I called to see if they had tracking. After waiting 30 mins on hold, they came back on the line and told me we would have the machines in 3-5 business days. They weren't sent the 1st time. We needed equipment that would work with our point-of-sale program, after we were promised that it would work, we called to finish the installation process after receiving what we needed for the loyalty program, they informed us we had the wrong equipment and asked ME what equipment they should send me. How am I supposed to know that? I have already paid for the equipment that I have now learned is the wrong equipment. After waiting months for someone to get us what we need & the right equipment with multiple promises of refunds, I finally just called to cancel our account. They said if you do that, we are charging you full price for the two terminals (that we don't need) I got off the phone & immediately received an email saying they had tried to contact me & if I don't call them back to pay for the machines, they are turning us into collections. I pulled up the contract that was sent by our sales rep's **** to discover the document has been forged and is not even my husbands signature! They don't return calls or emails & owe us over $1000! 1 starIt looks like I am not the only one who has had my same experience with this company. I called customer support in September to close my account and received a confirmation email that my account was closed. Come to find out they are still charging my account. I had four different charges in October alone. I called customer support again and they tell me they do not know why my account is still being charged. The guy on the phone told md he would make note on the situation and have someone reach out to me. (not helpful) a couple days go buy, I see that I have two new charges on my account in November. I call them again to figure out what in the world is going on and the guy on the phone tells me there is nothing he can do about the new charges because my account is now officially closed.. after two months, and six different charges they finally close my account. They are thieves and I strongly recommend all businesses to stay away from this company.SpotOn Transact, LLC
