5 starsI have been working with Referral Exchange for over 15+ years, and the leads I receive from them are consistently solid. It's important to follow up frequently until you can reach the leads on the phone. I have improved my response time for initial contacts, which has helped me close more than 12 transactions through Referral Exchange. I am happy to be part of such a great team.Review fromBillie F

3 starsYou will get leads from them and I did see an uptick when I started paying the $99/mo for Prime. Unfortunately they have a policy that you cant scrub a lead against your database so if you already have the lead too bad you still have to pay them. AND if the lead came from another referral source first they will only reduce their commission so now youll owe 2 referrals. In other words they are allowed to field out their referrals to multiple teams but we are forced to only work for them. For this reason, we canceled our relationship with Referral Exchange. I reached out and spoke to numerous people with no resolution. Its a shame because Ive been w them for a decade. But to be successful in real estate these days agents need multiple sources of lead ****
