    The escrow and closing experience was seamless. My issues are with the leads' contact info sometimes being unvetted.

    First of all they use your name on the internet to lead them to their site and try to collect referral fees on your past and current clients. Second of all, you go back and search to see if they have a client on there and it doesn't show up from 2-3 years ago, but after closing it magically appears back on the site and they demand 30% referral

    Ive been generally happy with the program overall. The quality of referrals has been very good, and I appreciate the opportunities it has provided. Overall, I think the program is strong and I look forward to continuing to grow with it. Just a couple of small tweaks would make it even better!

    I wish my experience was a better one. I received several leads, unfortunately they were not the best quality leads. The listing ones were often other agents personal properties, which was bizarre. The phone numbers were not always valid. I had a crypto scammer who preys on realtors contact me through the program, sellers, who only gave email addresses, never responded to any of my emails, leads were not exclusive, ridiculously high referral fees 30%-35%, plus a monthly fee. I closed only one buyer, all the other leads were junk. It was not worth the investment. In my market, this service is more for discount brokerages. They need to explain their services to the public better and the agents. Especially since the leads are NOT EXCLUSIVE TO ONE AGENT. 10 agents calling the same person at one time was very aggravating to the customer. Understandably so, which made my experience very disappointing. Every market is different, it just didnt work out for me. They do have good customer service.

    I have worked with Referral Exchange for 17 years. The lead quality is great. The customer support via email is excellent. There is good follow up and communication with us, ********, their clients.

    I am basically satisfied with the program, except when I joined, the only fee was the referral at close and it was 20%-25%. Now it's 30%-35% AND a fee of $594 twice a year. My one other comment is lack of info on the dashboard. I am unable to view referral fees paid and I have to call or email and wait at least a week to get a response. I do think the referral quality is pretty good. I'd just tweak a few things.
