I am rejecting this response because: the company agreed to update the late payments to current prior to me paying the $25 fee as requested. Now that I have paid th fee they are not willing to provide the suggested changes that they caused to affect my credit.

Due to a break up between synapse and evolve bank (the partners of grid) my account and money has been frozen and inaccessible for over 48 hours. I have my life savings in this account as I use this account as a main option. Everything was fine until now, I cant eat, get gas or get to work. Grid card is not functioning, all of my money is trapped in the account, I cant access it or take any out at ATM. Support isnt picking up the phone or responding to online chat inquiries. This is extremely distressing and this company is not providing any support what so ever. They wont even respond at this point except bizarre pointless prewritten answers that dont address the issue. I will be complaining to CA ************************ as well. This company is not conducting business in a reputable way and now has users unable to access their own money and wont respond to inquiries.Business Response

Due to issues with our credit services provider, ************************************* our banking partner *********** and Trust has frozen all activity that it believes may be related to ************************************* including but not limited to any debit or credit cards issued by Evolve.
Because your Grid Card was issued by Evolve, this will impact transfers into and out of your Grid Card account as well as transactions made via the Grid Card. As a result, Grid Card transactions and transfers are currently disrupted.
We're in constant contact with *********** and Trust as well as ************************************ in an attempt to resolve these issues and will give you an update when the matter is resolved.

My grid card stopped working on May 11 2024. I got a message saying that it something wrong with synapse then I get another message saying they froze my card because I couldnt make a payment for one month on my bill due to being out of work. They have locked all my money to where I have to pay my rent or I will be on the street. I made a ***** payment and still dont have access to money. This is really unacceptable!Business Response

I have used Grid several times without any issues in regards to receiving a cash advance. I requested an advance last Friday, paid the $2.99 express fee to receive it in 8 hours. I waited the weekend and assumed that it would come in on Monday. It didn't. So I reached out to Grid and was told there was nothing that they could do, that the money will be received in the upcoming days. I go and log into my bank account this morning, still no funds. I go and look under my Grid profile and it says the advance has been delivered, in which it has not. I have attached evidence to my case that I didn't receive the funds. I have now reached out to the ** team again today, with no response. They will not communicate back with me. They take 24+ hours to respond in the chat, with little to no help. I do NOT want this advance. I want to cancel it. It is saying they will charge my bank account on may 22, BUT I DIDN'T GET ANYTHING!! I am no longer interested in keeping this service!!!! I got the $50 cash advance and paid the extra 2.99 but I still havent received my money even though it says its been delivered. Im really depending on this money so the fact that I paid extra for it and then it doesnt come when it says its going to come is frustrating. I have used this app only 2 times now, the first time I had no issue with receiving my advance in a reasonable time. However, the second time I confirmed an advance and selected the expedited payment, I was told under the app information that it would take at most 8 hours to process through. It has now been almost a full day without receiving the advance that I payed extra for to receive on time. This was on a Monday and not the weekend keep in mind so it shouldnt have to take longer.Business Response
