    This software company offers a limited, 7-10 day "low price" trial for its software. At the end of the trial period, if not cancelled, they charge the full subscription price for the software. However, they will not cancel the subscription regardless of the number of requests to do so until AFTER they have charged the full price once. They ignored my multiple requests to cancel until after they have charged the full price, then miraculously they will cancel the subscription. This is poor customer service at the least and more likely fraud. Run away from this business.
