  Called these people to tow a motorcycle. The guy who answered the phone asked for the addresses of pick up and delivery, gave me a quote and said they'd come in ***** minutes. I agreed to hire them and they never showed up. I called back and kept getting voicemail. Nobody answered the phone. I called again and left a message. No response. We waited 2 hours for nothing! Ended up calling a different company and they came exactly when they said they would and charged us less. Sadly, Inland Towing was the third party towing company referred to us by AAA. They are a horrible company.

  Scammers, YES.... Towed my car while I was in ********** Scratched my hood and above the windshield while towing. Will not return calls. Cash only debit or zelle, because they know they are scamming people. Not having any recourse except to report that they ******* people is sad. There needs to be laws in place for con businesses like these. Poor customer service and illegally towed my car. Rating should be minus, minus.... Not even a 1 star.

  Scammers. They blocked my truck from the front and the back and demanded 3700$ cuz I was parked in a dirt lot for *********************************** *******. They said theyll only release my truck to the owner which they know Im just driver and a the owner lives in ********. They took my truck and left me outside for 5 hours. When I reached their yard and agreed to pay they claim to only accept cash or Zelle. Theres needs to be a lawsuit against these crooks. They need to be shut down. Theyre extorting people and I hope the ******************* can go after them for taking citizens hard earned money for no reason. As a driver and not owner operator, that was my whole 17 days worth of work paycheck. Im going into deep depression not being able to pay rent for my ************** I hope god takes justice in his hands.

  Predatory towing company!! Read the codes CVC:22658 and CVC: *****, they probably violated them both. Take them to court!

  They are scammers. I was in a parking spot and my rear tire was partially over the line. The entire parking lot was empty and when I came out of the store, they had my truck up to be towed. Casper the fat WB Ghost let me know that it will be $250 to drop my truck. This tuff little girl Jose kept trying to follow me like she was going to fight or like a female dog in heat, and kept saying what as I was talking to the driver. She should have kept her mouth shut and let the adults talk. Due to my sick teenager that was in the back seat, on our way home from the hospital, I had to pay. If it was up to me, I would have waited for the police to show up or just wait in the truck for 20hrs. I checked the vehicle codes that they posted 6'-7' off the ground, their stickers that are on the signs, all lettering less than 1" and no phone number listed for the police... (Not CVC Code Compliant). As I went to pay Casper, he stated that he cannot take my money and that he is only the driver. He also stated that we being recorded by the cameras on the businesses. Casper insisted that I had to pay the little girl Jose and I had to physically hand her the money. Now that seems kind of fishy since Casper was the one who was writing me the receipt and asked me to sign the receipt. Why would Casper be worried about the cameras in the parking lot. If they have a contract with the property management company then it should not matter if you are on the camera receiving payment to drop the truck.
  The third person Rojas didn't say anything, it felt like he knew they were doing something wrong. Some companies need to make their money somehow.
  Only piece of advice to you the public, is to use a different tow company when needed, look for shady posted signs that are faded and hidden behind trees. That seems to be the Inland Towing way. This company brings a bad name to Inland Empire and Southern California.

  This business is predatory and operates slightly above the 'radar'. They are unprofessional and they are scammers. My car was towed (we inadvertently forgot to hang our handicap placard) less than an hour after parking the car. When I arrived to get my car the 'receptionist' asked me for my registration - well, duh - it's in the car!! After one of the drivers walked me back to get into my car to get it, she then asked me for a copy of my driver's license...a copy? Nope, we were not told to bring that. Then she said that we were supposed to have made an appointment! An appointment? The business is open 24/7, why would I need an appointment? That's probably so they could keep your car longer and then charge you more!! After she got the information and made her copies, she then told me that I would have to wait for the owner to come back before she could release the car. That made NO sense. The whole time she spoke to me with a very nasty and rude tone. We waited until a very young kid showed up in a company vehicle and she said we could get our car now. We were charged $480 dollars for having our car less than 2 hours--MORE THAN THEIR POSTED PRICES. With a snippy attitude she said she would walk me back to get my car. I asked other employees if she always has this type of attitude - and she said, "Do you want to get your car or not?" I asked her if this is how she always is...she told me "I was born a "female dog". I told her - "Apparently so, and you should work on fixing that". I get into my car to pull out of their lot. As I'm driving out the same young kid stops me saying that he has to drive the car out and not me...all while confessing that the "receptionist" is his mother, and she IS the owner. The fact that they only take cash, and I did NOT get a receipt lets me know that they are probably doing a lot of "under the table" shady business. Since they have your car, you have very little recourse. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!
