This Property Management is HORRIBLE! Lack of professionalism as a property management. I own a house on a very quiete street. ****** Properties moved in tenant next door without meeting, Checking to make sure they are on up and up. We have had people selling merch out of the back of their cars, unauthorized people living in house, noice all day & night fights at 330a.m. shall I go on ...no you get the picture. The manager ***** has done nothing, nothing! I email everyday of the chaos that goes on next door and no reply. No warning letters etc. Its all about the money. They are not to be trusted. They now have lost the good neighbor who lives in front unit due to their irresponsible management. So scared who they are going to allow to give the key in the lockbox thats hanging on the front door. So so bad! So scared, they have changed my beautiful quite neighborhood into a daily living mess.

Uplift Property Management - **************************** My experience with Uplift was a complete disasterunresponsive, mismanaged, and full of financial errors.Took 3 months to fill a vacancy, despite promising a tenant by mid-November.Mishandled fundsshorted rent payments, paid a previous tenants $1,700 water bill with my funds, and charged maintenance from my disbursements instead of reserves.Unjustified feescharged for carpet cleaning before replacing it, and deducted a $319.60 commission for February after I terminated the contract.Ignored maintenance issuesnew tenant reported termites & broken AC, but Uplift claimed no issues existed.Delayed communicationrarely responded on time, forcing me to follow up constantly.Failed to return my property keys, making it harder to manage my home after parting ways.Their mismanagement cost me unnecessary fees and stress. If youre a landlord, avoid Uplift at all costs.

I rented a property from them. It was fine until the neighbor moved out. The following tenants they brought in were full blown drug dealers who turned the next door apartment into a 24/7 drug shop. When I contacted the property managers , they simply dismissed it. ******** the (portfolio manager) at least tried to hear me out however ****** (her boss) was completely dismissive and basically put it on me to call the authorities on the situation they created by not properly vetting the incoming tenant. Situation became worse by the day. Drug activity all day and night , people blocking the driveway preventing the other 3 tenants who lived on the property from even being able to leave. Fights inside the drug apartment in the middle of the night , arguments all hours of the day outside the apartment, neighbors constantly inconvenienced due to high traffic and drug users lining up the block to purchase narcotics. Whether tenants or landlords , these people do a very poor job of managing a property that can potentially put your tenants or property in danger. All should steer clear from using their services. Recently theyve changed their name to uplift property management . This will be posted on there as well so that people are aware its still the same shoddy property managers.

This business calls itself a family run business. Well it must be a cartel family because they charged me $900 to freshen up the paint at a home that I rented from them for 1 year. I have no children and we left the house in the same condition it was in when we moved in. Paint is not that expensive and painters can be found that won't charge so much for labor. GREED.
