    Today on the day of January 6 2023 I went to order food and it said it didn't go through and I went to check my account and it said blaze pizza had charged me ***** I went to go see if I was going to get it delivered but it said it didn't go through I've tried calling the store it wont go through and I also tried to contact door dahs they said nothing went through on there end. I would appreciate it if the money could get refunded back to my card.

    Placed an order at 6 pm. By 6:50 it was not ready, we requested the order was cancelled. A member by the name of ************ stated it would be refunded that night. 3 days later still no refund or help. Please refund my order I never received.

    I placed an order 10/22/2022 on line for delivery in the amount of $29.14 through Blaze Pizza *********************************** XXXXX . I did not receive this order, but another order from a Mexican restaurant. The transaction was taken from my bank account on October 22, 2022. I have called the location as well as corporate, including an email to the help line that assures me this is the fastest way to reach someone, and still no response from anyone over a week later. No one picks up the phone nor does the location the order came from, take calls. I have left so many messages over the past few days and no one has returned my calls. I called Doordash, the delivery company that they used to deliver my food, and while they claimed responsibility for not delivering my order, they told me I would have to get the refund from the merchant I ordered the food from. I paid for a service that was not delivered as promised, and from a business that does not care enough about their customers to have a system set up to trouble shoot their mistakes.

    I have contacted the business twice via the Blaze Pizza portal with no response. On October 18th at 11:52 AM we proceeded to checked out at the cashier for 2 meat eater pizzas that is all we ordered $22.36. We were charged for drinks and once I saw on the receipt; I advised the manager on duty to correct $30.44. He then proceeded to run the card again and advise it would be promptly refunded between 3-5 Business Days $30.44. Since the period has passed, I have had no luck of hearing back from the Business Owner to resolve the issue of charging my card twice for the same order. I am expecting a refund from the incorrect price as noted in the attachment of $30.44 USD. I am included the bank statement showing the two charges on the same day and time. I also ask the Business Owner to review the security tape to show the conversation and see we never received the drinks that we were charged for and the conversation we had with the manager to correct the issue.

    Hi BBB. Please email only. My wife and I each went to Blaze twice in the month of September. They were running a reward where if you had gone twice in the month, a reward would be loaded onto your account. We are near the end of October, and neither of us got any such reward. So, I contacted the company exactly twice. I did not hear back from them either time; thereby forcing me to escalate this matter to you. The matter is very simple. If you run a reward for all to partake, you simply must honor that reward. Why neither of us got it, and why we did not hear back is a complete mystery. Both of our accounts show the visits. Yet we have yet to see a reward. Thank you for addressing this matter.
