Consumers,Blaze Pizza, LLC, allows workers to come to work with open cuts, wounds, and inadequate hygiene to make pizza. This could potentially lead to the workers passing blood pathogens to consumers. In addition, Blaze Pizza workers do not wash their hands after coughing or sneezing, which could lead to the spread of diseases. Blaze also allows the workers to make their own food and never throw away old ingredients, which could lead to foodborne illnesses.

I visited Blaze on 6/16/23 at around 5:30 p.m. I ordered by food, ordered a water cup and sat down after getting my pizza. I took a bite of my food and saw and heard someone pass by me saying "That is a water cup" I saw the person go behind the counter so I got up to ask if he meant that comment to me, he said yes. He said you got lemonade and that is theft. I explained to him that it was actually water, but when I tasted the water, it was a bit funny tasting so I added a ***** of lemonade to it. He said it's still theft, I apologized and said that I would give it back, he said no I'll take if from you, and followed me to my table and as I picked up the cup, he grabbed it from me, gripping my hand in between his two hands. I told him to let go of my hands and he fought me for the cup until it went all over the pizza and my phone that was sitting on the table. I felt embarrassed since he was saying out load that I was a thief. He finally walked away and went back behind the counter to the back. I asked for my money back from another mgr. Then the same guy came out again saying get the pizza from her, get the pizza from her. I can't believe that I was embarrassed and assulted for a splah of lemonade. He kept calling me a thief. I was humilliated. I was given my money and I was leaving, people were telling me to file a complaint and call the police. The person who was supposed to be a leader, a general manger who was irrate and out of control should be fired. I can only imagine how many people he has done this to. I am not a thief, I am a 58 year old woman that just wanted to enjoy my dinner after a hard day.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding your Pi day promotion. I realize that prices and inflation have hit hard this past year, but your forcing people to order in person and wait for a three dollar pizza, only after 3:14 in the afternoon was ridiculous. I arrived at approximately 3:20 and, already, the store was packed and the line extended far beyond the door. It was easy to see that the wait would be over an hour. People have also been hit by inflation this year and have looked forward to Pi day to have something good at a reasonable price. You completely ruined the experience for most of us. Either have a promotion and do it right, or dont do it at all.
