    ***** was very empathetic and understanding, and not judgmental, it is very hard to ask for help in a situation like mine and to have someone like her answering a call like ********* this so much easier and I did not feel like a failure! she discussed some very good points with me and was eager to help me get my life under control. it is hard to know what someone is going through on the other end of the phone, and it is easy to judge but her thoughtful way and easy tone was comforting! I am on my way to being debt free and I have not even made my first payment yet!! I am losing my husband to a horrible disease and still have a special needs child to take care of so having the conversation with ***** was refreshing! and though she did not know all of the story she made me feel better! Thank you!
