  Even though I was frustrated for not receiving my paycheck the representatives in this chat were above and beyond. And were able to refund me for an NSF my bank charged. Thank you all for reassuring and helping

  Horrible customer support. I thought this app would be a good app. Its not. I took out a paycheck advance and I rescheduled the repayment once already. Now I am getting the runaround that their system wont let them reschedule the advance out any further. I have had enough of being treated like garbage from this company. I only make so much and have other bills that need to be paid. Do not download this app its not worth the stress.

  They change the repayment terms without letting you know, it's extremely sketchy. Support gives you the run around no matter who you talk to. They take advantage of people with no money knowing they can't take legal action to recoup the funds. Awful company.

  What a marketing trick this app has. It pretends to care about people in need but every time i needed help, brick brick brick. During covid, they decided out of no where to stop accepting unemployment as incone. I havent usef them since, although i did try they only accept guaranteed hourly income. Not gig apps, who would probably need it more so. But they would have to care about people for real if they were to except gig workers, but they are about their money just like every other company that *****

  Changed payment date for no reason causing 4 overdraft fees in total, refusing to correct the mistake trying to blame me for the issues.. Im sorry same job and pay schedule for over 3 years
