    This company hit my bank account before my check hit. I called my bank about insufficient charges for not just them but other companies. The bank gave me a courtesy 3 credits. I contacted EarnIn chat support to see why this was happening. The chat representative stated it was an app error. She tried to fix it but couldnt so she moved the date. I asked about the insufficient charges and she said they could get that back to me. I received 5 insufficient charges because of them but only wanted 3 credited. This is because the 3 courtesy were just the last ones I was charged which one was for Vz and the last 2 from EarnIn. They agreed to this. I was on the phone over 4 hours. I sent screenshots. I would get a new representative and have to start over. I escalated to a supervisor and they want a letter from the bank to give me any credits. Tried to do a three way call but EarnIn only does chat. My bank stated they should have issued a credit for all 5 because it doesnt show which ones are credited just 3 credits of $29. The bank will only send the same history I sent through the chat. This was so unprofessional. I ended up out of $125.

    my experience was awesome ******* fixed all my issues and was able to verify my account and got it up and running for me to use, I was able to get money today which worked out very well and I didn't know that I had another account. I thought it closed out but it worked out that ******* fixed everything 100 stars!!

    I had an issue with an overdraft fee and the representative **** G was able to resolve my issue within minutes. She updated my account and everything was fixed and ready to go ! Ive had EarnIn when the app was pink years ago ! I love it
