    I am a sgl., sr. ******* aged, disabled female who needed help w/ getting my home in ******** pers. *****. was 97% completely horrible!!! If I could have given them 0 stars or some sort of other neg. rating, I would have.A female mgr. & 2 guys came on 9/5 & 6, '25. They were supposed to come back on 9/8. I did not let them due to the problems I found after they left. The mgr. texted me saying they would come back on 9/9 to fix everything they did wrong. All 3 showed up on 9/9, then they all left w/ the mgr saying she would have to come back on another day. She hasn't ans. my calls or all of my texts today.The mgr. told me more than 1x that they would NOT throw anything out WithOUT asking me. They threw things out that they shouldn't have (including pers., sentimental things & an expensive piece of DME). The mgr. was late every day. 1 of the guys put popcorn kernels, a plastic tab, foil, & sponge material in the garbage disposal of the kitchen sink -- none of those things are supposed to go down there. They moved heavy plastic bins & boxes to get to the 2 bins I wanted access to, w/out putting them back. They also moved some things that did NOT have to be moved. The mgr lied to me about some things. The mgr texted me saying that the female owner told her not to worry about anything because most of the clients that get referred to them by *********** have mental health issues. Implying that even though the owner and I had never spoken or met, she assumed I had mental health issues just because I was referred by *********** to them. The mgr is older than I am. The older guy rides his motorcycle all the way up here from *********. The younger guy lives in *******. So, the mgr wasted both of the guys' time, espec. the older 1, by not having them come in & do everything as she said they would.If you want my personal opinion and/or advice, do NOT ever allow Clutter Cleaners to come into your home or that of your loved ones, family, or friends.
