    I am a single, citizen aged, disabled female who needed help w/ getting my home in order.A female manager & 2 guys came on 9/5 & 9/6, '25. They were supposed to come back on 9/8. I did not let them due to the problems I found after they left. The manager texted me saying they would come back on 9/9 to fix everything they did wrong. All 3 showed up on 9/9, then they all left after the manager telling me she would have to come back on another day. She has not returned my phone calls or all of my texts today. Even though she texted me saying to call her.The manager told me more than once that they would NOT throw anything out WithOUT asking me. They threw things out that they shouldn't have (including pers., sentimental things & an expensive piece of DME). The manager was late every day. 1 of the guys put popcorn kernels, a plastic tab, foil, & sponge material in the garbage disposal of the kitchen sink -- none of those things are supposed to go down there. They moved heavy plastic bins & boxes to get to the 2 bins I wanted access to, without putting everything else back. They also moved some things that did NOT have to be moved. The manager lied to me about some things. The manager texted me saying that the female owner told her not to worry about anything because most of the clients that get referred to them by *********** have mental health issues. Implying that even though the owner and I had never spoken or met, she assumed I had mental health issues just because I was referred by *********** to them.
