            If I could give a review that is lower I would. Dr. Yacoub's office assigned *******************************, NP, to my daughter. She is bi-polar w/ psychosis and delusions. ******************** is aware of this and has been providing my daughter with ******** and ****** to treat her condition, both are counter indicated by the drug manifactures for bipolar disorder. My daugher has been 5150'd 4 times since in the care of *******************************, NP who works for Dr. ******************* My daughter has never been diagnosed with ADHD/ADD which ******** is prescribed for. She has also NEVER seen ******************** in person, it has been by phone/on-line. She has lost 100lbs because she will not eat, why you might ask, she believes that her food is being messed with by people urinating in it, *********** in it and poisoning it. Please avoid this doctors practice at all costs if you want a good outcome with your mental illness.
