I took out a loan of $700 on 4/23 and have paid back $1600. I have realized that their interest rate is illegal in my state. I believe this is illegal, and they are falsely operating as a tribal lender to skirt the laws. They tried telling me I hadn't paid, but I have bank drafts that state otherwise. I have more than doubled the amount I borrowed. They claim the balance I owe is 692 when I've paid back 1600. Their interest rate is ******%. This is not acceptable!

I've been trying to assist a friend of mine for over a month on settling a loan from here. It was a $500 loan that she has paid back approximately $2100 of, with another $1900 remaining if she continues to make these payments. This loan is incredibly predatory and it is questionable if you're actually operst8ng on tribal land as you claim, based on the location of the tribe. I've been told different times by different people that I can or cannot talk on her balf. Despite both an email and completing your form, I am still being told I cannot assist her with her loan. At this point, she's paid well over the loan amount and her account she be marked as paid and closed. None of your call centers are on the same page regarding how this process works and it is incredibly difficult and manipulative to provide support. It seems as though your agency is taking every step to prevent people from getting out of your predatory (and should be illegal) loans.

I tried to find a loan that was fast and over the weekend. I needed it for burial purposes. I have paid more then what was borrowed at $625 and they want Me to pay back. 6x times that amount. I feel like that is abuse of the loan system And that should be against the law to be able to charge someone outrageous prices. I was grieving an needed to give my family member the proper send off. So of course, I took it. I fell like they prey on people in need.

I am rejecting this response because: I feel like I have paid plenty in to this loan If at all possible I would like to close this account as paid in full an part ways amicably I do want to thank them for helping me in the time of need as for everyone should get the proper burial an send off. But I also feel it's a form of abuse of power. As to the little people like me, don't understand what we're signing.

I took out a $600 dollar loan with Gray Fox Lending and had made two payments of $202.00 to them and was in a car accident and then defaulted on the loan. Now they say I owe them $1,696.10 as a payback or they will garnish my wages in 10 days. They want some insane amount of $202.00 payments well into 2025 for the 600 dollar loan.

I took out a $450 loan for an emergency death in my family. And Ive paid the amount that was borrowed and more. They are expecting me to pay almost $4,000 for a $450 loan. That is despicable! They are taking advantage of people who already have a financial constraint and robbing them blind. There is no way I have the money to pay this absurd amount when *** already paid the money Ive borrowed and more. I would like this closed out as PAID IN FULL and not to be harassed for more money! Thank you for your help in this matter. Im devastated and CANNOT AFFORD THIS!!!
