I took out a loan of $1200 from Gray Fox lending in January 2025 From Jan17 thru Mar7 I made eight payments of $179.60 to them totaling $1,436.80. I was desperate at the time and made on time payments until I wasn't able to the %****** intrest is extremely unfair and made it unmanageable to keep up with the weekly payments. I have reached out via phone and left messages about my situation. Also have emailed the company regarding situation (Emails are uploaded in supporting documents). The email stated someone will get in contact with me, but they never did. Now they've sent a voluntary wage assignment to my employer for the balance they said I owe of $1,828.78. I would like for Gray Fox lending to cease and desist any further collection activity and record this loan as "paid in full".Business Response

I applied for a $325 loan from Gray Fox Lending, and the interest rates are extremely high. Despite making multiple payments, the amount I owe has not decreased significantly, leaving me stuck in a cycle of debt. Gray Fox Lending's predatory lending practices take advantage of people who are already in financial distress, making it nearly impossible to pay off the loan.I have made every effort to stay current on my payments, but the terms of this loan are unfair and unsustainable. Additionally, I am requesting that Gray Fox Lending immediately stop any further ACH withdrawals from my bank account. I can no longer afford to have these funds taken directly without any clear path to paying off my balance.I am asking that Gray Fox Lending review my account, reconsider the loan terms, and provide a fair resolution. I deserve the opportunity to resolve this matter without facing further financial hardship. Please respond promptly to my concerns and confirm the cessation of ACH payments.Business Response

I applied for a $1000 loan in December of 2024 to help me during a time when my bank account was hacked and $3k was taken from me. I made three payments of $151 every two weeks that were taken from my account via ACH payment. Upon doing research I noticed that this company, Gray Fox Lending is extremely predatory with their interest rates and they take advantage of people who are in distress and in need of money. I was given an account number to log into my online account and since the day that I made the first payment, I have not been able to log into that account. I have called the number in the email that was provided to me and I have failed to receive a response or a reason why it says my loan agreement doesnt exist. I am now being threatened with wage garnishment and being told that I need to pay $1500.81. I would like to part ways with this company, and ask that they dismiss the voluntary wage assignment and stop threatening to take my wages from my employer. I am a single mother raising two small children and I am asking for a break.Business Response

On 9/24/2024 I accepted a loan in the amount of $575 from Gray Fox Lending. Since then, I have experienced withdrawals that were not on my agreed upon date. My payday falls every other Friday and Gray Fox Lending has withdrawn from my account on every Wednesday, resulting my bank account being overdrawn. In addition, I have since discovered that this company is not licensed in **************** and is legally allowed to lend here under *** 31.45.105. They are charging fees and interest that is unethical and illegal as well. At this time, I have paid $86.43 weekly for the past twelve weeks and have paid $1037.16, nearly twice the amount of the loan. As I have repaid the principal on this loan and a significant amount of interest. Given that this company is operating illegally in my state, and unethically collecting, I am seeking that this company cease and desist any further collection activity and record this loan as "paid in full".Business Response
