    Beware of joining this gym!This company gave me a contract for their 21 day challenge for $77 and said it was Paid In Full or Non-Renewal. Meaning my obligation date was to the end on 09/04/23 (per the contract I was given). Next thing I know, I'm charged $130.49 and then charged $147.00 on 10/01/23 (past my obligation date). I have repeatedly called and emailed the Director. Who has not responded to my phone calls or emails. So, I went into the gym to speak to the front desk representative. The representative apologized and called the Director who then sent me an email stating he was glad things had been resolved. But things were not resolved. Because the front desk representative has no authority to correct or reverse the erroneous charges.I then disputed the charges with my credit card company. Camp Transformation sent my credit card company a copy of a contract I never signed. So now the credit card company reversed the credits and I now have to send them a copy of the contract I signed.Additionally, I'd like to add that I contracted Covid from working out at this gym. And I was never able to complete the 21 day challenge. I'm not at all impressed with this gym. And I have spent way too much time disputing charges that I never agreed to!
