    Honda World is charging multiple "mandatory" fees when on the sticker clearly says "optional". They are charging upwards of $5000.00 above sticker price. Online it said the car was $24,000.00 so I called to confirm and they sales rep agreed but when I went to go buy the car there was a "market adjustment fee" of $2900.00 above the $24,000.00 listed on sticker price plus an extra $2100.00 for floor mats, wheel lugs and trunk tray which were listed as "optional" but when I asked to remove them the sales rep said it was mandatory. We went back and forth for a few minutes and I googled the word "optional" to clarify to the sales rep what it meant by definition in case he didn't understand. Sales rep said he would bring out the manager and I waited 45 minutes in a room by myself and finally when they were ready to close the receptionist came in and asked me if I was waiting for something because they had to close up. Completely unprofessional and under Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 4, § 1304.1 Note: Authority cited: Section *****, Business and Professions Code.     The letter I just sent to Honda ******* To whom it may concern:I called your Honda Dealership in Downey ********** to setup an appointment for my 2020 Accord 2.0 Sport to be looked at on Wednesday morning. I made a call to my roadside service and had the car towed there on Tuesday afternoon and spoke to ****** who is a service advisor. ****** called me later in the day on Wednesday to inform me what the cost of repairing my vehicle was he told me it would be roughly $4100. As you can see by the attachment it was $4400. I asked ****** to send me an itemized estimate so I can see the work and breakdown of the estimate. As you can see by what I attached is all that was sent to me via email. My wife and I took Thursday off to go have my car towed to another Honda Dealership where we actually purchased 3 of our Honda's only to be told that it would only cost me roughly $315 dollars to repair the car. As you are aware, I'm pretty upset as they were trying to take advantage of us. This is a s***** practice with a Dealership bearing the Honda name. I will make it a point going forward to tell anyone not to buy or service any of their vehicles there. In addition, I will be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. In closing, I will also be making it known to all of my ********* brothers and sisters not to do business at this location ******************* Recording Secretary *******************
