I called to inquire about additional parking for extended days, only to phone hot potatoes with clueless operators who provided no helpful response. This culminated in an incompetent and hostile manager/operator beating the problem around the ****, asking unrelated questions, and eventually denying the request when I refused to answer the irrelevant question. For full transparency, My vehicle is too tall for standard garages and will impede other cars if parked in the driveway. How I park my other vehicles in the garage and the make and model of my cars are irrelevant to this problem. Terminating the call based on my unwillingness to answer unrelated questions is a surefire way to destroy customer relationships. Please be cognizant that PM companies work for property residents, not vice versa. Please retrain your operators to be helpful, not hostile. My line will always be open if you would like to reach out for a resolution.

The *********************** has a parking policy in place that we enforce. Your request was for additional days to park a homeowner vehicle in the community which is not allowed unless you have either a parking permit or on an approved safelist. When requesting to be put on the safelist to park an owner's vehicle outside in the community we ask why you are making the request, we ask why you are not parking in the garage, we ask why you are not parking in the driveway. You advised that you had 4 vehicles. The associations criteria requires that you park 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars on the driveway before you become eligible to be put on the safelist. When I asked why you were requesting to be put on the safelist you stated the vehicle was too large, so I asked what kind of vehicle it was so I could see if you would qualify, and you got upset and said it was none of my business, so I denied your request for the extra safelist days, and you terminated the call.

Ken Z******** runs a loose ship. High community manager turnover. Each new community manager is worse than the one before. Julie P***** is lazy and incompetent and doesn’t direct the HOA board towards complaince of community CC&R.
