      I am filing a formal complaint regarding my experience purchasing tickets for the **** *********: Got Back concert on September 29, 2025, at ***************On July 15, 2025, I logged into my Ticketmaster account on my desktop at 9:20 AM, well before the 10:00 AM presale, with all account details fully ********** 9:55 AM, I tried to join the Waiting Room but encountered repeated verification code errors. I received correct six-digit codes on my iPad and iPhone but could not advance on my desktop after at least four attempts.I then tried on my iPad using a separate network, experiencing the same issue. I finally joined via the Ticketmaster app on my iPhone at 10:06 AM but was placed over ******* in line, losing any fair shot at presale pricing.I used multiple devices, networks, and followed all instructions, yet was locked out due to Ticketmasters technical failures.This mirrors the ****** ***** Eras Tour presale issues, where fans faced similar errors despite proper preparation. Though I did not try for Swift tickets, Ticketmaster publicly promised to fix these problems after Senate hearings.Clearly, nothing has improved. The same flaws impact other tours, forcing fans into inflated resale prices or no access. I request Ticketmaster review this presale and my account session history, as this was a platform failure, not user error.I also spoke with a ********************** representative at 10:25 AM PDT after waiting 20 minutes on hold, who admitted there was nothing he could do and refused to escalate or provide a case number.

If you're signed into a VPN (Virtual Private Network), you may need to sign out of the **** If you're having issues purchasing from the Ticketmaster app, we recommend using ****** Chrome as it is optimized for use on our site. Otherwise, you can clear your cookies and temporary files or try using a different device.

      I purchased tickets for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup final on June 15th, intending to watch the final. However, I realized I couldn't go anymore, so I added them to the resale list. Initially, they were overpriced. However, after trying to change the initial price, the app always gives an error and asks me to contact support via chat. I tried this a few times with no solution. I even went to a repair shop in person on the day of a match. They took my phone number and email, saying they would contact me, and to this day, they haven't resolved my issue. I tried transferring a ticket to a friend, but he didn't receive it, and I can no longer access it. Therefore, I am seeking help from this organization in an attempt to obtain a practical solution to this problem—a refund.

      I see that your ticket was transferred to you (rather than purchasing your ticket from Ticketmaster), so Im unable to refund your order. If you paid someone else for your ticket, reach out and see if you can get a refund from them or if they offer other options.

      If you are unsure where you may have purchased your tickets, we recommend that you check your credit card billing statement. Your confirmation email will also provide the name of the merchant.

      ****************. I was supposed to go to a concert with my husband, daughter and her friend. Bought the tickets, then went into ************** and placed in a coma, by the time i was out and coherent, we missed the concert. They refused a refund or even a credit!! I died 3 times, I'm 35 healthy, obviously didn't realize this would happened and yet no refund or credit.

      Weve been dealing with a serious fraud issue involving a hacked Ticketmaster account that led to unauthorized charges on our credit card starting on April 16, 2025. Its now been over three months, and despite numerous attempts to contact Ticketmaster, weve received no help, no support, and no resolution.The account is linked to our personal email and home address, yet we have not used Ticketmaster or visited their website since 2017. On the same day these fraudulent Ticketmaster charges occurred, other suspicious attempts were made on our credit cardsone of which Discover successfully blocked as fraud. Unfortunately, Ticketmaster has done nothing to acknowledge or act on the issue.Even if these charges were somehow valid (which they are not), we never received any confirmation emails or receipts, which raises even more red flags. This makes us feel that the entire situation may be part of a larger scam, potentially involving Ticketmaster itself. The fact that they already had our information from 2017 and that it is now being used without our authorization is extremely concerning. It is not far-fetched to suspect internal misuse or a serious security breach.We are deeply frustrated with Ticketmasters lack of understanding and responsibility, particularly from their customer service representatives, who seem unwilling or unable to escalate or investigate the matter. We are formally filing this complaint not just to dispute the charges, but to take a stand against Ticketmasters flawed policies, poor communication, and complete lack of accountability.Consumers deserve protection and transparencyTicketmaster has shown us neither.

      Live Nation purchase webpage did not inform me that I would need to download their app to use my tickets, until my purchase ($141.52) was completed. If I had know that info, I would have declined their ticket offer and instead would have driven the 80 mile round trip and purchased the tickets at the venue. Also the feedback survey that *********** provides does not address any problem with the company itself...just for the customer **** that try to answer your questions..Obviously they do not want to hear any complaints against the Company. I feel sorry for their customer ****. I will NEVER by tickets through Live Nation again..even though they seem to have a monopoly of ordering tickets online. I will only get tickets I can hold in my hand and that is because of my experience with Live Nation. Not everyone is comfortable about being forced to download and use an app.

      Ticketmaster is contracted to sell tickets on behalf of Event Organizers. We do not decide which delivery methods to offer. That decision is made by the individual Event Organizer for the event. 

      The available delivery methods are listed on the delivery page at the time of purchase. For this event, the only method of delivery listed was mobile entry. 

      You can always go to the ********** with a valid photo ID, purchasing card and order number on the day of the event if you are unable to access the tickets, and they can assist you there.

      I purchased tickets to a US event using a ************* account with ******* (which is a bank also based in the **). I unfortunately had to sell the tickets before the event and have been trying to get my refund for 2 weeks. After speaking with multiple customer service **** on the phone (after being on hold for almost 2 hours and having a ***resentative hang up on me), and going through the annoying verification process through the website, I was advised that TicketMaster would only issue refunds to US accounts - the customer service *** wouldn't even accept mailing a cheque, or trying any other refund alternative (like ********* I had to ask a supervisor to call back (within ***** hours) to have a cheque request process started which should take about 6 weeks!Overall, very disappointed with TicketMaster. They make purchasing tickets very easy, but as soon as there is an issue, their customer service is terrible and getting through the bots to speak to an actual human is frustrating; their website is not user friendly when it comes to solving any issues.

      Ticketmaster is ripping off. All sales are final and you can't get a dime if you have to cancel your ticket. Only medical emergency maybe you can request for reimbursement... otherwise you buy a ticket and that's it. I'll never buy another ticket from Ticketmaster.

      After ordering and paying for two seats together in the handicap section, one wheelchair accessible and a companion seat, l received one seat row H seat 6 and one row H seat 34. Calling ticketmaster is a nightmare, starting with talking to people from another country with accents that are terribly difficult to understand. It was suggested to me that l buy more tickets and sell the ones that arent right. Another *** said l could exchange the seats, but l would have to pay a fee for each seat that l want to exchange. And, l would have to exchange both seats, they cannot just exchange one seat. So l would need to pay more to fix their mistake !!! I was not happy with this, the *** * which was the third ****** l had spoken to about this, said there was nothing she could do and hung up on me. On Friday l called, the day l ordered the tickets, was told a customer service *** would call me back in ***** hours, no call. Called back on Tuesday, was given the same run around, someone will call me back in ***** hours. This is nothing but a scam !!! Their computer sold me a random ticket now its my problem and no one can fix it without me paying more money. Scam, scam , scam !!!!Beware of ticketmaster
