    Was charged $150 dollars to rent a room for one night *************************************** ********** but I was not informed that $50 dollars could be refundable after being done with their service. I was not informed that I paid $50 dollars that could be refundable after the service was done, so I was going to return the motel room key card (card that opens the motel door like a key) to the motel main lobby without talking to an employee and leave. I could have left the room key card on the counter and left, but instead, to be more safe, I hand gave it to an employee behind the counter and asked if anything else was needed from me. The employee said no. Then after I thought that the transaction was over, the employee said to me in a confused tone the word "I.D.", so I checked to see if I had my I.D. and then he gave me a $50 return that was clipped to the motel room application I signed. ************************ the room rented to me for one night ************* The room was rented on August 30 late at night after 9PM, paid cash, used exterior motel service window to pay for service. Female****************** rented me the room, she had just returned from a 10 minute break before attending to me. I arrived *************************** and parked next to the cashier window to rent the room. Please allow me to make a special request in this form, the address that I provided on this application is my work address. I did not provide home location were I live with family because I don't want Grand Motel Inn motel to send me mail ****************************** and receiving mail from Grand Inn Motel regarding doing business with them is not in our plan as a family.
