      Sales gave me an out the door price and, as expected, low balled me on my trade in. They asked me what they would have to do to get me to purchase. I asked for 4K more on my trade to which they agreed. Breaking down the contract sent they just added the 4K to the price of the trailer. When I pointed that out they told me the offer was the best they could do. Look at the numbers closely!

      Affinity ******** service lacks customer **********************. We continue to support our 2 RV purchases from Affinity and ****** and **** at *********************** service. ******** service has NO customer **********************! We had sway bars installed by ******** service right after our purchase and a year later we almost lost ****** to fire due to poor installation where they cinched our break system wire in the instalation of one of the brackets of the sway bar. We called to tell them and I was told "I don't know how much more clear to make this but there's nothing we can do." Thank you to **** from RV tank specialists for diagnosing and fixing the problem. The staff at ******** affinity service are rude and uncaring everytime we have talked with the staff.
