      Hello, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience I recently had with GG&D Motor Vehicle Services, specifically at the location situated at ****************************************************** my visit, I interacted with an individual named "*****," who identified herself as either the manager or supervisor of the location. I was appalled at the complete lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by her throughout our interaction. Rather than addressing the issues I raised or providing clear and helpful resolutions, ***** chose to deflect by offering vague directions instead of direct answers. Her dismissive demeanor and unwillingness to acknowledge the situationor the very real frustration and concerns I expressedonly added to the negative experience.This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I left feeling unheard, disregarded, and more confused than when I arrived. It is deeply troubling that someone in a managerial position would exhibit such a lack of accountability and customer care.Its no surprise that ****************** has opted not to be affiliated with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). To be accredited, businesses must adhere to specific standards of trust, transparency, and a demonstrated willingness to respond to consumer complaints. GG&D clearly does not meet these standards, nor have they shown any intention of doing so.I will most certainly be filing further complaints with the appropriate platforms and forums to ensure other consumers are made aware of this type of service. A company that routinely disregards client concerns and fails to maintain even the most basic standards of professionalism should be held accountable.

      Was charged a $18.50 "convenience fee" for a license which cots $12. No mention of the "fee" on the company's website and didn't see any signs inside the business in relation to the "fee". Was only made aware of the after asking the cashier what was the total costs. Should've have went to the *** instead. Not sure how they can get away with charging a "fee" that is 1.5 larger than the actual service I was purchasing.

      GG&D Motor Vehicle Services *********************************************************************** October 30, 2023 To whom it may concern:Ms. ** as you stated on your complaint CSR informed you of the total including third party convenience fees and if you approved of the cost at the time of transaction CSR proceeded to charge for the credential services. Additionally, our website does not list any prices , however it does list that we are an authorized third party provider and the services you need are provided for just a minimal fee. Secondly, we have our prices posted in our lobby visible to the public and we also have a poster posted at our entrance indicating that we are a third party provider and that additional fees may apply. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me directly at ************.
