      called this business to inquire about obtaining a travel ID and specifically asked how much the service would cost. I was told, We are a third party, so we cannot give prices over the phone. The state charges $25 and we charge a little more. Based on this vague response, I assumed a modest fee.I then visited the location with all my required documents, expecting to pay slightly more than the $25 state fee. There was no pricing displayed at the entrance or within the lobby. I took a number and waited approximately 30 minutes before being informed that the total cost would be $60a 140% markup over the state fee.This is not a little more. This is misleading and, frankly, exploitative. Furthermore, refusing to disclose pricing online, over the phone, or visibly at your location creates a bait-and-switch experience where customers waste time only to be surprised by a significantly higher cost.Clear, upfront pricing is a basic standard of honest business practice. This tactic is used to get the consumer to waste so much of their time, they will likely just pay the ridiculous amount because of the time invested.

      I went into GG&D motor vehicle services on January 20th, 2024, to update new name change on drivers license. They said it would come in approximately 5-7 business days but it never arrived so I went back into the *** and they told me I had to wait a month until I can request a new ID since after a month it reports being lost. After the month had past on February 20th I went in and requested new ID and told me to come back after 2 weeks if i didnt receive it again. So I waited those 2 weeks and didnt get anything, I went back to the *** and they were telling me that I was in the wrong for not receiving it and also blamed our post office. I had already went to the post office about it and they said they never got anything then quoted something fishy going on with the ***. I get notifications for my mail when it gets delivered to my address and I never got anything about my ID when the *** specifically told me the person who delivers the mail couldnt find my address which doesnt make since because I wouldve gotten notified. And I also put my new name into my PO Box for them to see. It has been two months now and I STILL havent received anything, I asked for a refund since I was frustrated but they refused for a no refund policy. I had paid 30 dollars for my ID that I havent received yet.

      December 7th 2023, I purchased a 3wheel motorcycle endorsement form ************* and was told it should show up in 3 days, 14days later no license, I called and they stated we only do inquires on site and if I didn't have time to come down and get a resubmittal I would have to call the state MVD. Now I'm seeing they are not following through and my MVD is making extra money by selling us our already purchased license that was purchase first from GG&D.
