  My first time ever dealing with turf and I just did a full redo of our backyard. Added a pool and wanted a little green to bring out some color and comfort. Have to say that this was a great idea calling Always Green Turf AZ. I spoke with ****** and he came to my house within 48 hours, brought plenty of samples, gave me some excellent suggestions and booked me all within the same week. The installation was on time and extremely quick. They even did some travertine borders for us that came out great. They offered me a fair price for this excellent product and my family and I couldn't be happier. We found them thru NextDoor and turns out they have done most of my neighbors properties as well. Great find and would recommend

  Always Green Turf just completed my back yard turf project and I could not be happier. From sales to install this company was top notch. They helped coordinate fence install, paver work and the turf. Their communication was top notch, workmanship was excellent and they were so informative and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

  Amazing service from Always Green Turf! ****** reached out and visited when we requested for a quite, explained the whole process and products that would be used in great detail. They also provide various financing options which were quick to apply and get. The team maintained communication regarding schedule and availability. They showed up on the agreed dates and did the backyard in 4 days. The team worked throughout the day and caused no disturbances. They ensured all the remaining material was picked and the area was cleaned up.

  Always Green Turf is the best turf company to go with. The workers were very professional. Everything was explained to me and answered my question I had. I saw their ad on ********. I called their number and returned my call in a few minutes. I was scheduled in a short period of time from quote to install. I never even heard them working. I am so thrilled to have chosen Always Green Turf . They are number 1 in my book. PRICING was affordable. Thanks to Always Green Turf I will be saving on my water bill.   We saw an ad on ******** and just decided to respond. We were contacted right away and had an estimate set up in a few days. We read reviews on Yelp that helped us feel confident in moving ahead with the project. We cant say enough good things about the installation team! They were all kind, hard workers, and completed our small project in a day. This company only asks for payment after the work is complete! We can highly recommend this company based on our experience. It was so late when they finished we were unable to photograph the finished product. But what you see in their ads already shows the quality of their work.

  I had an excellent experience from start to finish with this company. My large backyard was overrun with weeds and uneven terrain, making simple tasks like taking out the trash a challenge. ****** listened carefully to my ideas and helped me refine them to be both effective and cost-efficient. The team completed the job in just three days, transforming my backyard and installing a paver pathway from my backyard to the driveway. Now, taking the trash cans to the curb is a breeze.   I would caution against using this company. We had them do a large installation in our back yard, replacing all of our grass with turf. The job was scheduled and the morning they were supposed to start the install they had to postpone. This resulted in the job finish being delayed two days and our yard being exposed base fill for a weekend, leaving a ********************* mess everywhere. That being said, the main reason to be cautious is that they do not adequately prepare the ground for installation. The put down no weed or grass control. As a result less than three weeks after installation we had ******* grass growing at the edges of the turf and even within the turf itself. When this issue was brought to their attention they disregarded our concerns and said that it was common to have that occur and just to treat with weed killer. Every other turf company we requested a quote from, stressed the need to prepare the ground prior to installation to avoid these problems. This company just wanted to get the turf down and then ignore the problem after installation.For the amount of money this company will charge you, you can find five other companies who will do the job the correct way. Save yourself the aggravation and use someone else.

However, in your case, these were not included, which likely contributed to the issue you encountered.Our team also went above and beyond by performing additional curbing repairs and extensive root removal at no extra cost to ensure the turf was properly installed. These additional tasks were critical to achieving a durable and lasting installation, though they added time to the project. We understand this may have caused inconvenience, but we believe these steps were necessary to maintain our high standards of quality.We apologize if our explanation regarding post-installation grass and weed control came across as dismissive. It is common for some regrowth to occur, especially when a weed barrier isn't used, but we certainly understand how frustrating that can be.
