    After getting several quotes on n putting in turf at my mothers house we picked Always Green . It was the best choice weve made so far in our yard renovation. From the sales staff to the installation nothing but professional quality and service. I highly recommend this company you cant go wrong and you will not regret your decision they are the best

    The salesmen **** came out and was rude and was very pressured. He made fun at us for not knowing anything about artificial turf. He wanted to give us a presentation before he took measurements or heard about our project. We told hi to take measurements first so he got mad and left. I would never recommend this company and would like to see this company removed from home advisor and would like an appology from sales person

    During our appointment, we did ask for some of your time to create a detailed design and show you our products, warranty, and company background. This is a standard process that allows us to provide an accurate quote and ensure that we can meet your needs.

    However, we understand that you may not have had the time or inclination to participate in this process. When we offered to design your project and show you our products, you declined and asked us to email the design and quote. We respected your wishes and left your property.

    We were disappointed to receive a negative review moments after we left your property. We believe that the review does not accurately reflect the level of service that we provided to you.

    We want to reiterate that we did not pressure you in any way, and we did take the time to get a specific turf to meet your HOA requirements. We value your time as well as our own, and we hope that you can appreciate the effort that we put into trying to earn your business.
