I ordered this product and it was never reecieved. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times by email, which is the only ,ethos they provided, and have gotten no response. There is no phone number or customer support option. It was only a $55 puchase, yet, I would either like the item or a refund. I am able to track the package and it has been in a 'ready to ship' status apparently in ******* since my order in early December. Online reviews of this company show that almostr 100% of their customers have precisely the same complaint - 1) ordered a product in 2022 and did not recieve 2) using **** tracking information the product shows in a 'ready to ship status' in ******* but never changes 3) contactting the company using the provided email address gets no response 4) there are no other options to contact the company. I placed a Christmas present order for grandchildren for 2 Fly Orbs (one red and one blue) 12/13/22 for a total of $55.98, and received order confirmation on 12/18/22 and that the the order was in ********, **. I have heard nothing since and the gifts were never received. I have sent 3 emails with no response and am unable to find any customer service number. I am very frustrated and upset that I placed an order, paid with credit card and gifts were not received !Initial Complaint

I ordered two products (Original Fly Orb) on Dec. 8 2022. I did not receive the items in spite of multiple attempts to contact the company via email (their only line of communication). I contacted my credit card company on Dec. 28th to dispute the charges for items I did not receive. The items arrived in the mail on Jan 4th. I contacted the company several times to initiate a return as the items were Christmas gifts and no longer needed or wanted (which they say is acceptable within 30 days) but they are not responding. I have contacted my credit card company again and hope to have the matter resolved so that I can return the items and get reimbursed, but am not clear if it will happen and if it will happen within the 30 day timeframe. This company provides false information on their website regarding shipping and returns.Initial Complaint

On 12-20-22 I ordered three flying orbs based on this business website, offering a sale and also free, guaranteed two day delivery - in time for Christmas and gifts to my grandsons. I have yet to receive my order (altho my bank debit card was charged $81.99 on 12-20-22) and having requested three different inquiries on their online customer service contact template. There is no phone number associated with this business, anywhere on the website, which left my only means to contact the company via this one line customer support template. After no response to my inquiries, I have since requested an immediate refund, and again have been met with deaf ears/no response. I would very much appreciate your assistance and mediation in resolving this companys deceitful/false advertising and obtaining a refund of $81.99. Unfortunately, in my pursuit of reaching this company, I noted that numerous customer reviews have vented much the same frustration and money loss. Thank you for your assistance!Initial Complaint

I ordered a product 12/13/22, it was supposed to ship in 2-4 days. It says "pre-shipment" and has for 2 weeks. I have contact the company and not received word back. I looked at reviews an I am not the only person with this problem. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company for non-received goods. Date: 12/12/2022 Amount: $27.99 ORDER #***** Tracking number (which has shown no movement, awaiting shipping, since Dec. 22nd): ****************************** I emailed this company on 12/21/2022 because the site stated **** days and I had not even received a shipping notification. I received no reply, but got a notification the following day that **** was awaiting the item. I have received no other updates or responses, not to mention my nephew did not get his gift in time which I couldve dealt with but now I dont know if Ill get it at all and it is MUCH past Christmas. I emailed again with no response or updates to shipping. I try to support small businesses so I was understanding that it would be late even though I ordered in the time frame I needed to and luckily my nephew is at an age where he can somewhat understand that things got off track. But at this point, its poor business to not get an update. I thought this was a very cool item but will not be recommending this company at this point. For all I know, it is a scam. I purchased two products from this business in December 2022. The order number is *****, and the toys for my kids are "The Original Fly Orb Hover Ball". The total amount paid is $55.98. I received an email stating that the shipment has been sent on December 19, 2022 (tracking number ******************************). Since this date, the order has said "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to ***** **** Awaiting Item" on the **** website.I have contacted the company 4 times either by their email address ************************************* or by the contact form directly on the website. I ordered one of their fly orbs for a Christmas present directly from their website on 12/12/22. Their website states most orders are sent within 2-4 days. December 22 or 23 I sent an email through their website stating I wanted a refund as they still hadnt processed my order. No response. December 27 I emailed again with no response. On the shop app it finally showed that it was shipped on December 24. As of today, January 4, the app shows its still sitting in ******* in transit. I received a product (fly orb) that was defective and did not work. I attempted to contact the company for a replacement or refund and never received a response (emailed many times and sent message via website). I purchased a Hover Ball from this company on December 11, 2022. I received an e-mail confirming my order (Order #*****). Their website says they ship items within 2-4 business days, therefore I expected my item would be delivered before Christmas but knew it was not guaranteed. I did not receive an e-mail saying my item had shipped until December 20, 2022 (7 business days after purchasing). However, according to ***** the company created a shipping label on December 20th, but never physically turned over the package for shipment. I have sent 2 different e-mails to the company asking when my item would be shipped and they have not responded to either e-mail. The item was intended as a Christmas present for someone. After waiting this long I am entitled to a refund since the company never shipped the item I purchased.
