    I ordered a product in December and still havent received it. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. I read reviews from a their party and many people have had the same problem. I want my money back. The company is called the Original Fly Orb.

    Six Original Fly Orbs were ordered December 9, 2022. Payment of $167.94 was submitted to my credit card December 11, 2022. The business promised delivery by Christmas. The package was sent December 23, 2022 at 5:37pm from *******. The items arrived December 27, 2022. The website offers 30 day returns and speedy replies to emails. No phone contact is available on the website. Emails requesting refund and return address on December 31, January 3, January 7, and January 10 have not received replies. The product does not perform as advertised. I want to return items and receive a refund.     The company markets a hover ball called Orb. I purchased the item for my son for $27.99 almost a month ago. He never received the item and the company doesn't respond to my multiple requests by email. I'm beginning to think that this is a scam.

    Placed an order for a flying orb on 12/19/22. Website states item is shipped within 4 days. I received an email on 12/23 notifying me the product has shipped but every day since the tracking number provided has not moved from "pre-shipment label created". I've emailed the company many times for an update with no response. Reviews on their website are all great but just now looking at reviews through the "Shop" app. and it seem this company is overall nonresponsive. All complaints are about the product never being received and shipping updates not going past the pre shipment label creation.

    I purchased a flying orb from the website www.the original fly orb.com on 12/20. I paid $27.99.I received an email on 12/24 with a tracking number. If I go to the tracking, it says there was pre-shipment notice only and the package was never actually dropped off at the ***** The tracking info has not changed since 12/24.I have sent multiple emails to the company and used their website tracking form with no response. I have asked for an update, then finally a refund and have still heard nothing.Im pretty sure I have been scammed and my money is gone. After searching online I see that this is the ** for this company and multiple other people have also had their money stolen with no response from the company.

    On December 12, 2022, I placed an order totaling $105.98 to The Original Fly Orb company. The items were advertised under a Christmas sale, and I was ordering the toys as Christmas gifts. On December 17, I was notified "Your order is on the way." However, upon further inspection, the package was ready to ship but never given to ***** It finally shipped 13 days later on December 30. I received the package on January 6, far to late to gift for Christmas.In the interim between December 17 and December 30, I contacted the company 3 times for an update and then to cancel the order before it shipped. I never heard back from the company, though their website promises you'll hear back quickly from a human because all inquiries go directly to their phone.The company advertises quick shipping, stating multiple times that "Most customers receive their fly orbs within 2-3 days of purchase."I would happily return the items for a FULL REFUND, but the company return policy states that you have 30 days to make a return and you must wait for an acceptance response before returning. I don't see how this will work if they never respond. Further, they advertise this return policy but require more digging to see the refund policy is terrible. The refund policy (which is far more difficult to locate on the website) states that they will deduct any shipping charges, even if the order qualified for free shipping (which mine did). At the bottom of the page it says there's a 30% restocking fee. And to top it all off, it states they do not accept returns on sale items. This company sells only one product - Fly Orbs - and every time I've been to the website they've been on sale. This seems like fraud to me.An additional note that shows untrustworthy business practices: I submitted a 1-star review on the website, but it was never published. I believe they must only publish positive reviews, because even the two 1-star reviews are positive.

    I ordered The Original Flying Orb on 12/12/22, through their website **************************************. On 12/21/22, I received an email from the company that said your order is on the way. The email also had an order #*****, and a **** tracking number ******************************. Upon clicking the tracking number, I was redirected to the **** website. A message was displayed, saying that the **** had received notification from the shipper to expect my package for shipping on 12/22/23. Nothing has changed since 12/22/22. I have emailed the company 5 times, and have received no response. They did take my money in December when I ordered. I have found many reviews on 3rd party sites that describe the same situation that I find myself in. This companys website literally says that they will not do what I have described, and yet here we are. Please see pictures for details.

    I ordered a flying orb from this company on December 18, 2022 and I have yet to receive it. I have contacted the company via email 3 times and they haven't responded. They sent me an email December 23,2018 saying the item is shipped and provided a **** tracking number. The tracking says awaiting item. ****************************** I believe I have been scammed

    Ordered an Orb on 12/14/2022. They emailed me that it was being shipped on 12/22/2022. They gave me a **** tracking #. When I check that # it states that per-shipment information has been sent the **** on 12/22/2022. No package was ever sent. I emailed them using their "contact us" and received no reply. *****************************************************************************************

    I ordered a flying orb toy for $27.99 on December 17th, 2022. I have yet to receive the item (1/6/23). I reached out to the company via email at *********************************** and they have not and are not responding to my inquiries. I received a tracking number (******************************) a couple of days later. When tracking the number the following message appears:The U.S. ************** was electronically notified by the shipper on December 24, 2022 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the **** or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available.I would like my money refunded. Please advise. Thank you,***************************
