For the past two weeks, I have been trying to obtain a duplicate copy of my diploma. I am a former student of ****************************** and a graduate of UAGC. I have completed all the necessary paperwork and submitted a request via email to receive a diploma with my updated last name due to marriage.I was informed that payment for the duplicate diploma can only be made by phone or mail. I have repeatedly called the only number provided866-475-0317 Ext. *****but have not been able to reach anyone. I have made over 60 attempts, and no one has answered. When I contacted the main number and spoke with the Student Records Coordinator at the Office of the Registrar, I was told they are aware this department consistently fails to answer the phone. Instead of addressing the issue, I was told they prefer to handle it by calling the department themselveswhich is not a workable solution for me, as I work full-time during the ****** is unacceptable that this department continues to operate without addressing these serious service failures. I am requesting immediate resolution of my request for a duplicate diploma and a formal review of the department at extension *****, which appears to be neglecting its responsibilities.Business Response

University needs to implement a process improvement plan to ensure that the number and extension provided works. As of 4/30/25 this extension fails to have someone answer the phone. Only after multiple calls 20+ to various other departments did someone take my call. This is very unfortunate as you could have cost me a 30% raise due to being unable to obtain a copy of my diploma per HR stipulations.Business Response

On 02/26/2025, I paid ******** and Fudge a settlement amount of $4,576.72 for my creditor University of Arizona Global Campus. The woman I spoke with at ******** and Fudge stated UAGC agreed to the settlement and that my balance would reflect paid in full with both companies, but this is not the case. UAGC is saying I still owe a balance of $807.65 and they will not release the hold on my student account until I pay the remaining balance. I have spoken to multiple people in different departments who are telling me different things. Because they are doing this, I am not able to finish my two classes I have left for them to receive my Bachelors Degree. I have all my emails and my receipt to prove this.Business Response

I am deeply disappointed with UAGC handling of a mid-year financial policy change regarding the full tuition grant ******** As of April, the company altered the policy, excluding coverage for books and feesexpenses that were previously included. Most schools still consider books and fees as part of full tuition grants, which caused confusion. The lack of timely communication about this policy change has resulted in undue financial hardship for me. Despite assurances from all parties involved (both company and school advisors) that books and fees would remain covered under the ****** I was only notified during an account audit at Christmas that I am now responsible for $1,556.00 in costs.Additionally, the support provided by student advisors has been poor, with slow or unhelpful responses that exacerbated the issue. The website and navigation experience are also frustratingly subpar, creating unnecessary obstacles in managing my account and understanding the policy. This abrupt policy change, compounded by a lack of proper communication and support, has caused significant stress and financial burden. I request a resolution that includes revisiting the policy and a reconsideration of my case to ensure fairness.Business Response

I'm a past student who was doing MBA on a full tution ***** from the University through my work. I started a course on March 19th ****************************************************************************************************** after April 2nd. After completing the course I paid my required tution in time. Subsequently I started to get emails from the Univesrity saying I have a balance of 259$. I called several times and was told it was an incorrect charge for technology fees whoch only applied to courses after April 2nd and did not apply to this one and would be reversed . Even confirmed over phone by Finance and Academic advising. However, the University did not send me a copy of their policy stating why this technology fees was applied to a course before April 2nd ,and I was sent a bill by the collection agency as well . The finance department is rude, Never answers and not at all well versed with policies. Currently I'm being charged a fraudument payment which should have been reversed 7/3 per an email confirmation by them.Business Response

I am supposed to receive financial aid to pay for my classes. But the school wont allow me to sign my financial aid form to receive the aid. They keep sending me a link to my email with blank pages n giving me the run around instead of sending me to the right team to get this all worked out. Its the same person constantly sending me emails that says action needed. Your fasfa form needs a signature. N then when I click the link from my email to sign the form, the page is blank, every time! So in what way could I sign the form when the link they sent me never works? I feel like Im talkin in circles when I email them, I can never reach them by phone n when I use the chat on their website, studentaid.com they just repeat themselves n say go under my activity n when I do theres nothing to sign. So how can I sign the form if l dont see an option to sign it? Please help!Business Response

Upon finding a course of study that I thought was legitimate I signed a contract of enrollment online. I have not taken any classes at this university as of yet nor am I going to. Upon further inspection of the enrollment contract I noticed that the doctorate that this university is attempting to sell me is not useful for practice in any state. I will be reaching out to the US ****************** and filling a complaint against this school. I have been unable to reach out to anyone and talk to someone about cancelling my enrollment. If the university believes they will scam me with a bill in the future, I may take the issue further and contact my elected federal officials in an effort to expose the deplorable activity.Business Response

I attended ****************************** in 2013 and 2014 for Criminal Justice. Everything was ok until I had a problem with myself so i took a break for 3 months or so. It wasn't a long break so when i enrolled back into ******* University in 2014 I attended for 6 months. So when i didn't attend Ashford university i left with 30 credits approved. I made my mind up and needed to pick up where i left off at with my education so i did my research in 2024 and found out Ashford university changed to The university of Arizona Global. So I reached out to the establishment and found out their only crediting me 15 credits. And recently on recording and monitoring a nice lady from Arizona Global tried to convince me and stated that i attended ******* university in 2012. Instantly from the start when i called The university of Arizona Global to retrieve my credits in 2024 this entity discriminated against severely. Totally discriminating against me multiple times of me calling about my credits when i attended Ashford university in 2013 and 2014 earning more than 15 credits. So as BBB can see, Arizona is discriminating against me as a team which is strange and real motivating. Why would someone from The University of Arizona Global on a recording and monitor phone call state out their mouth that i attended ******* university in 2012. As you see the total disrespect, discrimination and multiple violations of my Constitutional civil rights from Arizona's education establishments in broad day light which needs to be addressed immediately. Sorry im just now addressing it. I would love to have my 30 credits transferred to the university of Phoenix that im attending. Im taking the same Criminal Justice so it should be my 30 credits where i left off at. I need my credits to show up on my record as they do as ************************* and another gentlemen from The university of phoenix stated on a recording and monitored phone call that i had 36 evaluated credits towards my B.A. degree. Thank You BBB.!Business Response
