    Been using this service for years and in general has been very good. I tend to prep my home significantly to make it easy for the cleaners to access an entire floor of tile and have a few small couches that need to be moved to ensure proper cleaning underneath. Ran into an issue with most recent technicians refusing to move a couch that had been moved for every other service and was the most critical area to clean under. I was happy to actually move it myself but rather than try to propose a compromise or a solution, they simply refused so I had to send the technicians away. Service unfortunately seems to go through technicians as each time I get some new crew, and I guess the result is inconsistencies. Simply sharing my most recent experience and will have to find a new service more amenable to working with customers.

    Coconut Cleaning ** had a social media ad running for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning for $29. On 09/06/2022 they texted me after I filled out an intake form, On 09/11/2022 I confirmed my interest in carpet cleaning and asked if there was a catch, and asked how long it would take. I gave my address and square footage. 09/12/2022 they texted back "You are honored 3 areas of carpet or two areas of tile for $29. We do also have a $14 service charge, but no additional traveling fees or taxes. Any additional areas or services would be standard pricing." So above, in their ad and in the text messages they have confirmed their rates. The technicians came on 09/24. I showed him the rooms, and told him I was using the special. One man said, "That will be $344." He went over no options and gave a very brief explanation. I told him I was expecting $45, and showed him the text messages I had with the office. He said "I will talk to the office. This happens all the time." I told him to remove anything optional. He went over no options and gave little explanation other than "This is what I do." I was in shock. I asked for no additional services, I was given no options. I messaged their text line and when they got back in office they said the tech went over options (he did not) and that urine decontamination was optional and additional. I had asked him to remove anything optional and he did not. They said the technician tried to meet me in the middle with pricing and threw in a third room free and added free protectant. None of this was reviewed with me. I do not want anyone else to be taken by surprise by this. My carpets are good, so the cleaning is nice, but again... do not be taken by surprise.
