    They had quoted me $200 and gave me a gift card of $100 towards the cleaning. They then get to my home and try to charge us $175 on top of the $100 gift card. My fiance was the one home dealing with them, by the time I said no, the other guy had half of the couch already soaked. They said they were not going to honor that price, and left. Now im left with a wet, soaped up couch.

    It looks like **** and our ********************* went out today and corrected and complete this job this for you. Thank you again for answering our calls and letting us make this right for you.

    Wed April 12th Initial price was $135.00 then they upsold the enzyme cleaning. The enzyme cleaning was rushed and not completed. Only reason it was being done was for out of town guests coming to stay. My girlfriend had to clean her self Also previous to work being performed we were NEVER notified that the furniture needed moved.Complaint:Broken furniture in bedroom - TV stand Damage/tear in flooring up stairs Spoke with company they refunded enzyme cleaning, then were suppose to have their "repair" guy call us to schedule a time to repair flooring. This has not happened in a timely manner and we will be looking for compensation to properly replace damaged flooring. Please see attached photos of damage.
