    XPRESS Road Rescue LLC is an horrible company to work with. ******* or ***, he keep changing names when you call and it is same person. However on 08/12/2025 Xpress called our company C.V.M. *********************** inquiring in possible tire service in ***********, ***********. After receiving address and vehicle information verbally, he asked for price to complete tire service. Our company stated $100.00 for tire service with spare tire. GOA price $80.00. He asked do you offer any other tire service besides tire change and I stated no only spare tire change. He stated give him 10 minutes and he will call back with job information and virtual card information. @10:20pm our company received call from Xpress Road Rescue LLC to confirm received documents. Our company confirmed and our technician arrived on site at 11:49pm. Technician spent several minutes on job site changing tire on customers vehicle after they also agreed to go ahead and put on spare tire on vehicle. Our technician have taken several pictures of before and after and send to Xpress road rescue email address. We attempted to process payment and payment was denied . We called several times with our calls getting disconnected after ******* stated after going back and forth he will send my payment. All of a sudden after 30 minutes we have not received updated payment on invoice and Xpress Road Rescue LLC decided they are not paying my company for completed agreement of rendered services. We sent out a follow up email with demand letter hoping they resolve invoice balance owed within 48 hours otherwise we must seek legal action to recuperate fees owed for completed rendered services. This is out first time working with this company and our last time working with this company. They are scammers and fraudulent company. They send card payment and cancel before you can complete process. SERVICE PROVIDERs BEWARE do not accept service from this company. First and last time *** will conduct any business w/ Xpress

    On June 13th, 2025, at the approximate time of 6:00 pm I noticed a hole in the outer wall of my run flat tire. I was on vacation and had another day of travel so my son-in law suggested I get a new tire. I call **** ****** at express roadway rescue. I purchased a tire in the amount of $561.33 and was called back about 40 minutes later and was told that I was going to have to pay the technician $100 as well. I said okay. The technician told me they couldn't find a run flat tire but the tire he had would work just as well. The tire he put on my vehicle was an Atlander tire 245/40ZR20 99W XL Xsport -86. The technician assured me this was the correct tire it just wasn't a run flat tire. The next morning I began out for the final day of travel of my vacation. About 3 hours down the road the tire that was replaced completed shredded off of my vehicle and left me and 3 children stranded on the exit ramp in *********************. I immediately called **** ****** express roadway rescue and explained to them what had happened and where I was. They told me I had to purchase another tire. I told her this was ridiculous. I just bought this tire yesterday. I'm sure it has some type of warranty on it. She said no and I would have to purchase another tire. I hung up and called for a tow truck which took my car to the nearest ******** dealer which was in ***************. I had to wait with the children for 3 hours for my family to come and get us. I was without my car for almost a week and had to buy yet another tire. I want the cost of the tire $561.33 and the $100 that I paid to the technician refunded to me. Additionally, because I was forced to drive on the rim to get to a safe location the rim was bent and I want the cost of the rim replacement as well. The cost of the rim was $1248.00.

    I called for help with a flat tire and was quoted 391 dollars. I canceled this service a few minutes later and mid cancelation I was charged 363 dollars. No service was provided as I wanted to cancel the service requested. They stated a fee of 100 and claimed the rest would be refunded but I have yet to get the refund. I was charged for no service rendered.
