I purchased a vehicle from Crain(Baseline) on June 14,22. The car has been back to the deliver ship on 3 different occasions. 1. The driver door hinges where bent has to get it fix.also a part was supposed to be order for the door haven’t heard anything else about it. 2. On July 14,22 1took the car back because the transmission and brakes. I was told that that the brakes was replaced and nothing a wrong with the transmission. 3. July 20,22 I took the car back to the dealership and told the finance guy(****) that something was wrong with the car that. It was making a noise when you push the breaks. The gentleman drove the car and agrees something was wrong with it. The GM put me in a loaner car. He never came to talk to even after the finance guy told him the issues that I was currently having.(lack of customer service) I received a call from the maintenance department( the best day from******) telling me that one of his guys drove the vehicle and didn’t find or hear the noise that I complain about. This car cost me 24,000$ 494 a month I’m a single mom with two children. When I called and asked to speak with the GM. I told do he had left for the day and to leave my name and number and they would give it to him. I haven’t hear anything. I also contacted the finance gentleman and asked for the GM name and number and got nothing . I need some help. With this matter because I have tried everything and seen as if I can’t get the proper help
